With all the accumilation of aluminum on the ground, I'm wondering if the scalar tech can effect ground level environments, like, generate ground level plasma events. If so, what would be the implications of that? I want to do a soil sampling of my own and test for aluminum, barium and strontium levels. I'll give you an example of how understanding chemistry leads to understanding the atmosphere & not relying on opinion or "authorities" .
Air that is saturated with water, ie, wet humid air is lighter than dry air.
Anyone who understands chemistry knows that fact. But it doesn't require rote learning or listening to an authority.
It is derived by reading the periodic table of elements and understanding from first principles.

Why do you say lighter than air or water?
Do you understand that air is a mixture of different gasses? Air with a lot of water in it is lighter than dry air.
I'm not sure if you understand this. Do you understand why humid air is lighter than dry air?
The other thing I suspect you're hazy on is rayleigh scattering and why the sky is different colours.
If you read up on that it might help understand .

I have read all those proposals, patents etc brought up by ct's including Edward Teller's "sunscreen" proposal.
It's precisely because I understand the proposed physics on a deep level that I know they are not the explanation of long white trails in the sky.
The only phenomena that exactly matches observation is water ice crystals. If you bothered to learn some science you would understand.

But you are claiming cirrocumulus clouds are un-natural.
They are not!
The wave formations they display are the result of natural fluid dynamics.
You cannot deny that it is a natural property of moving fluids to form waves.
The junction between two fluids moving at different speeds causes waves.
Because the atmosphere is comprised of different layers, waves and ripples often occur at these junctions
I can show you photos and paintings of these clouds from over 100 years ago.

There is nothing unusual about those clouds at all.
They are normal undulatus clouds.
Caused by layers of air moving at different rates.
Such clouds appear in paintings hundreds of years old.
Mackerel sky paintings are hundreds of years old and derive the name from the wave and fish-scale like appearance of clouds observed by sailors .
What next. Are you going to claimsand dune ripples and river bed ripples are caused by Haarp too?

Yeah sure. You claim altocumulus undulatus cloud type is rarely seen based on YOUR personal recollection.
Such clouds appear in paintings hundreds of years old. They appear in photographs over 100 years old.
Anyone who has ever studied meteorology, ocean sailing or gliding is familiar with them.
They are on sailors cloud identification charts from centuries ago with the text;
"Mackerel scales and mares’ tails
Make lofty ships carry low sails"
They often precede storms.

LOL. I'm someone who knows fluid dynamics, designs aircraft & sailing craft.
I'm an expert glider pilot, sailor, historian, engineer & VFX designer.
I don't have to worry about losing a job. Look at the work I do. I can do anything!

Planes fly at night all the time. I've flown to 40 different countries & much of that was at night.
There are about 75000 airliner flights per day. Plenty of persistent contrails result!

@GregOrca Anyone who has lived simply on this remote island for as long as I have and watched the weather, because we depended on it for survival, and for the sheer beauty of it, would notice when those familiar, consistent weather patterns changed SUDDENLY and irreversably in a matter of months. Which is exactly what happened here. Dont tell me what I should think or feel or know about that.

What possible action/reaction is going on in the upper atmosphere to create these unusual, unprecented, worldwide, wave formations in the sky?
But that would have been a much too long title for the video, and HAARP gets your attention.
Nothing like this was ever seen before. When considered in light of the stated weather modification goals and "experiments", the known and unknown tech & programs, its not impossible that aimed electro waves can do this.

Can you provide one scrap of evidence that the clouds in your video have any connection with HAARP? The HAARP facility is a radio transmitter, a cloud is formed from water droplets or ice crystals please explain how a radio wave transmitted from thousands of miles away can produce water droplets or ice crystals.

@piggypolice Many many scraps of evidence - photographic, government documents & programs, scalar wave weaponry as invented by Tesla and stolen by the military, geo-engineering experts, scientific papers and "connecting all the dots" to infer that a highly reflective aerosol metallic plasma can be easily magnetized with available technology.
Im no Tesla (neither are you) but I use the term HAARP to mean any of the several scalar radar facilities around the world & their effect on cloud forms.

@piggypolice And as you undoubtedly know, a CLOUD can be formed by many actions and chemical reactions, all involve electro-magnetics. A cloud or atmosphere of sprayed chemicals is not only in reaction with solar energy , jet streams, temperatures and winds, but can easily be manipulated by electronic devices.
We have all done our homework. As with any global operation of this magnitude, proof, whether in air, soil or water samples, is difficult. The crime scene is too vast and contaminated.

With all the accumilation of aluminum on the ground, I'm wondering if the scalar tech can effect ground level environments, like, generate ground level plasma events. If so, what would be the implications of that? I want to do a soil sampling of my own and test for aluminum, barium and strontium levels. Or see if there are soil surveys already done for the areas I'm thinking of. Want to see the trends because they've been spraying out here for over 10 yrs. I'll share what I find out. Peace.

very sad.. I know it's NOT conforting to tell you that you are NOT alone. they leave our skies clear here in montreal maybe 2 days out of a month. it's funny to because the summer wasn't as bad as previous years but on september 11 the day started our just like it was in 2001 but later in the afternoon the went nuts and the sky has been mucked up ever since:(
