This lady is so not on drugs! She's just some awesome crazy woman spreading joy throughout the city. She gave us these little clear pebbles. She has a great message about being happy for no reason. I'm trying to locate her again!
The first time I met the bubble fairy I categorized her as a "crazy" woman because I couldn't make sense of her in any "normal" way. Since then, I have met her a few times and my opinion on her has changed completely. She is a beautiful person and is extremely loving n a way that is off putting to most. We walk around pretending that the people we pass on the street do not exist. The "Bubble Fairy" doesn't. She calls out beauty when she sees it.
