Learn a coindrop. It sure as hell makes the spinning of backspin a lot easier.

you just do windmill and while you go to your back you don't get back to the handglide freeze but you let yourself spin on your back.. backspin xD

really? I think backspin is mad easy.. Theres many ways 2 do it. I start from my feet and then drop and kick. Windmills are mad hard. I still dont got em down. If i just learn 2 freeze and hold my self in that pos, i got it. I got the pop after u kick down, and the whole process. Just that stance..

Windmill is absolutely NOT mad hard. It's the easiest powermove there is, except for backspin :)
