  • He's made lots of clutch shots, but missed many more. Not hating but 16 makes in 51 attempts doesn't really make you clutch. Michael was 22 for 48 and carmelo is 13 for 27. Heck, even Ray Allen was 15 for 39, all better % than VC.

  • You know someone is clutch when they have a 10 minute video dedicated to their clutch plays.

  • Vince was an Atlanta Hawk killer.

  • I stopped the video after 2004. Go Raptors.

  • Never mind. Smh at myself for not remembering the two shots against Toronto were in the video. Lol

  • Where's Vince's shots against the Raptors where he burned them twice in Toronto?

  • @DoubleClutch95 are you an idiot? it starts at around 8:07

  • yea i saw him hit that clutch shot on thunder couple days ago i was like HELL YEA then durrant hit that other one i was like fuckkkkk lol

  • this makes me miss chuck swirsky commentating for the raptors. ONIONS BABY ONIONS. THAT WAS SICK WICKED AND NASTY

  • Coming up big vs Thunder... but Durant nails the game winner. Durant pulled a VC.

  • mang after all these years VC is finally a mavs will sure be sick this year.

  • Chuck Swirsy's voice at 3:20 ? wtf

  • @delez24 his voice went out, it's not that hard to figure out.

  • man vince must really hate miami.

  • Man, I miss Carter, I miss T-Mac, I miss Agent Zero, I miss Arenas, I miss every players that has a lot of talent but didn't complete of finished altogether...

  • VC took his talents to Dallas. Maybe now he can get a ring

  • Lol, he must really hate Raptors and Hawks.

  • You must be special if you can put together a TEN MINUTE VIDEO of how clutch someone is.

  • WHO THE HELL IS SUPPLYING ALL THESE ARROWS...

  • this is the best nba video i ever seen

  • HALF MAN HALF AMAZING, VC does all the shit u wouldnt believe ...

  • The entire orlando magic organization should have watched this before the 2010 NBA Playoffs--they may have said--"... hey jameer...we have a guy named Vince Carter on our team...pass him the ball as often as you can..."

  • What kind of gamewinner do you want..?? You want a 3 pointer with the team down 2..right at the 3 point line--from near half court ?? Got it...You want a shot and a self tip in ?? Got it...You want me to drive 1 on 1 for a shot in the paint..?? Got it...lol...You want the innovative driving layup + 1 with the team down 3--and the clutch free throw (with countless others not displayed in this mixtape)...?? --Got that TOO lol whats left to prove for a PRIME VC

  • Carter has way better % in the clutch then kobe. Actually he is one of the best in the leauge in that matter, and kobe is like many others... But You know kobe is the laker and got all the hype in the media

  • im wondering...when you say nba video archives...where is that?...can i have a link...cause i wanna watch some old video's of t mac...thanks

  • not hating or anything but SOME not ALL of these seem lucky. (rebounds, tips, and some other things.)

  • @Scimmyboy1 that either hating or-retardation LOL

  • @sauce556

    :) well its retardation. ^_^

  • hes gotta be the most underrated clutch scorer of all time

  • onions MORE ONIIONS

  • vince had it all in his prime years in toronto and new jersey--clutch during the regular season and in the playoffs--he missed a lot of em and made a lot of em--just like every player in the history of the NBA including michael jordan--above it all--although this will sound biased to any1 who knows me considering im a huge vince carter fan--but his swagger in these moments is untouched--to me lol kobe has hit a lot of gamewinners as has vince--but vince has the epic swagger to go with it lol

  • @sauce556

    agreed.

  • 7:15 that was lucky.

  • @killaaa808 No, that wasn't lucky. It's his merit he jumped and put the ball in.

  • Greatest Raptor to ever live. They better retire his jersey!

  • best player in NBA to me.

  • wtf was that bounce 6:10

  • it sound like the guy is about to die 3:15-3:27

  • @rymanoo he just ate too many onions

  • Greatest Raptor ever! fuck bosh.

  • yes, ive heard this song numerous times, what is the name?

  • I swear lebron is mentioned in every nba vidoe

  • classic vince carter. LeBron take notes

  • what is the name of the first song mate??it rocks

  • @TysonChandler93 dr. dre - whats the difference

  • @name456vids you are the man my friend thanks a lot!!!the best beat!

  • the game against portland in Toronto was his best game winner in my opinion...fuckin crossover step back fade away three in his eye..the ball is just soo high and all mesh

  • fuck kobe...vince is the top clutch player ever to play NBA basketball

  • I love watching these videos of VC!!! But it also makes me kind of sad knowing my boy VC is coming to the end of the basketball road. Damn why do we have to get old.

  • had to watch the one at 3:28 a couple times haha

  • VC is sooo underrated in the clutch..........

  • @DoubleClutch95 Not to the ones who followed him over his career :)

  • great

  • @a2zgrp All of Kobe's stats are sugar coated, he's not really that good.

  • @GuyanezeComedy Excuse me? did you really say Kobe BEAN Bryant isn't that good? Are you nuts!?!!? I don't even like Kobe buy you have to respect his game....i've seen him play a number of times in Memphis and ya he's pretty amazing bud...

  • @rudygay2 I respect him, but I dont like him and think he's overrated...look at his stats and look at other great players stats...similiar in only the PPG category and he's probably played longer than the other greats.

  • a full 10 minutes of cluthnesses!!! thats pure vincanity

  • WAOUUUUUUU

  • vince carter has crazy fucken range!

  • LOL @ bosh left hanging 4:10

  • @sauce556 Who? :D

I remember the Raptors commentators how they were kissing Bosh's ass when it was obvious he was going to leave once his contract expires. I used to laugh at that time.

  • I'm pretty sure if you made a Lebron James in the clutch video it wouldnt even be able to crack a minute. Btw 0 dislikes

  • ONIONS, MORE ONIONS!

  • Vinsanity!

  • WHAT*S THE LAST SONG???

  • I was in the ACC, watching the game where carter hit the three vs denver

    one of the greatest

  • This has to be updated when he retires.

  • I couldn't watch all 10 minutes of this video at once, there was just too much swag for me to handle at once

  • This is a fantastic video

  • how great was the nba 6-10 years ago

  • VC is the best thing that could ever happen to the raptors

although now i believe his time is done

  • Some guy is saying Melo is more clutch, per career, than Vince. Are you fucking kidding me?

  • Vince Carter is the Atlanta Hawk Killer

  • seems like carters using aimbot in some of those shots

  • Still the greatest raptor of all time. Bosh has nothing on VC.

  • @h4z ofcourse not VC allday

  • people forget how great a player vince has been throughout his career, especially in the clutch. its too bad orlando gave up on him so quickly after 1 bad series against Boston (a series btw, in which every Magic player played like crap except for Howard), so the blame shouldnt be solely on VC. Now i just wish Phoenix would give him the ball more lol.

  • Vine Carter should be on the 2k12 Cover.

  • why didn't tmac stay at the raptors, carter and tmac would've gone down as one of those legendary duo's of the game.

  • I'd take you back in Toronto any time...

  • lebron literally has 1 game winner. vince in his prime is one of the best ever

  • @dwarfdude umm 2. vs orlando and vs warriors

  • @doudoub2005 exactly. the guy shys away from the last shot, would rather pass it to eddie house or sth. i dont know if thats good or bad though

  • *******VInce in his prime > Lebron

  • FINALLY VC gets his props. Top 5 most clutch player in league history, stats have proven it. LETS GO!

  • perfectionalist

  • what the F happened to him?

  • what song is played in the beginning

  • The shot at 8:11 is done with steez

  • He's a Beast!!!!

  • i love this video. vince could ALWAYS hit that 3. people didnt pay attention. he's shot 40% from there 3 times

  • And WHO SAID HE DON'T KNOW JUMP SHOT !! WHO SAID HE CAN ONLY ELEVATE! HE CAN BOTH !

  • Its funny how they use Vince Carter as a scaprgoat in the NBA. The guy dunking highlights, took away from his overall good play but people might never see how good Carter really was with the teams he was placed on.

  • what a killer

  • What is the first song ?

  • @madridistas11 dr.re what's the difference

  • you dont know how long ive been waiting for someone o put this up

also, the 03 atlanta game is missing his block

  • welcome to the suns

  • The Magic aren't using Vince right AT ALL. No iso plays for him, no post ups, no 1-2 pick and roll, no nothing. And then they expect him to turn it on in the last few minutes of the game and be a clutch scorer. Disgusting.

Better take a look how he played in that 48 point game, it basically was a lot of isos for him and post ups...

Really, how can a simple guy like me see it and not the Magic coaching staff?

  • LEGENDARY!

  • wtf voice from 3:15-3:27 ?

  • @yooitsdayton D:DD vince makes the voice disappear

  • @yooitsdayton Is a zombie

  • @yooitsdayton chuck swirsky lostr his voice bcz he was so excited for the home opener but still decided to commentate the game

  • @yooitsdayton Raptors announcer lost his voice....

  • @yooitsdayton haha lost his voice i guess from all the excitement of smoked during the last time out

  • wow

  • hahaha penetration

  • ONIONS ONIONS MORE ONIONS!!!! lmaoo

  • PENETRATION AAHAHAHAH

  • PENETRATION AAHAHAHAH

  • This video is the TRUTH! The announcers and critics NEVER give VC his credit for his clutch ability and always try to focus on when he gets injured! Please add the clutch shots he had tonight against Utah and the could he had against the Hawks! Great video!

  • 6:47

that shot is so sweet, sad that they lost the game

  • the stats say kobe has the most gamewinners ever but i think its VC

  • Bosh, Vince, McGrady... now THATS a big 3.

  • There are 14 plays in this video from Carter's first 5 years in the league.

There are 19 plays in this video from Carter's last 5 years in the league (through 09-10).

So much for the steady decline in his clutchness theory.

  • @theraptorfan100 if he was clutch he would have made those two free throws against Boston in the ECF...picking a select group of highlights does not show the overall clutchness for an entire season. Nice try.

  • @funnyman2424

That was one game you blithering idiot. EVERY PLAYER who has ever played in the NBA has games where they have choked. I could point out dozens of games where the "great" Kobe Bryant has choked.

Now if you don't like VC you have no business posting here. That is called trolling you stupid fuck. You don't see me criticizing players I don't like on videos dedicated to those players do you? No. So there's no reason for you to.

  • @funnyman2424

So he choked once in the clutch last season, and came through in the clutch 3 times. In other words he was 75%. That's an incredible conversion rate. I doubt there was another player in the NBA last season who was successful 75% of the time.

    Dickwad.

  • @theraptorfan100 ok really? so Vince only had 4 moments in the entire season where he was supposed to come up clutch? don't be a nieve little kid. you are taking this way to seriously. get a life man.

my whole point for commenting on this in the first place was just to point out that people cannot say that Vince is as clutch as he was 7-8 years ago. Its just not possible. I don't care how much of a VC homer you are - his skill is getting slower and less accurate with age

  • @funnyman2424

You haven't given any facts to support your BS statement "kid". I added up the clutch moments by season in a previous post, as you can see below, and it proves that there has NOT been a general decline in the number of clutch plays per season. You don't have to take my word for it, add them up yourself. From his rookie season to last season he had 3,4,4,2,1,7,2,2,7,2,5,3 clutch plays by season. That is not a "steady decline". That is higher some years, lower some.

  • @funnyman2424

Now why don't you leave little boy, and jack off to your Kobe Bryant poster and bobblehead.

  • @theraptorfan100 wow. i bet your life is awesome. you have to insult people on youtube. congrats. and I'm obviously a Magic fan if the Carter missed free throws in the ECF bother me. Go idolize a has-been player and I'll go live a normal life.

  • @funnyman2424

I didn't say you weren't a Magic fan dipshit. I said you weren't a Vince Carter fan. And because of that there is no reason for you to comment on a VC tribute video - or even to watch the video.

Do you see me commenting on videos dedicated to Kobe Bryant and other players I don't like? So you see me being disrespectful and calling them has-beens? No you don't.

You are being disrespectful by calling Carter a has-been. Back to your Kobe doll.

  • @funnyman2424 lol if a 33 year old player THREE YEARS PAST HIS PRIME can still drop 48 in todayz nba and is currently 40th on the NBAs ALL TIME scoring list and has the 2nd most gamewinners/clutch shots of all active nba players right behind kobe bryant...i wouldnt call em a has been...lol past his prime yes, still a great player when he wants to be with superstar talent, no doubt lol

  • OK you idiot. To see if you were lying about the "steady decline" in his clutchness, I added up his plays by season from this video: 98-99: 3 99-00: 4 00-01: 4 01-02: 2 02-03: 1 03-04: 7 04-05: 2 05-06: 2 06-07: 7 07-08: 2 08-09: 5 09-10: 3 There is no "steady decline" there. Some years have been higher, some have been lower. But 5 were from 08-09 alone, when he turned 32 years old.
  • This video is a prime example that anyone that says Vince isnt clutch, doesnt know shit about basketball. Everyone swears that clutch is hitting a buzzer beater when its actually making a shot for the win with 24 seconds or less on the game clock.

  • This music sounds so familiar... what is that?? anybody knows it?

  • Vince Carter has done so much for the Toronto Raptors, but the Raptor fans only hate him because he missed one shot that coulda got them into the finals. WIthout Carter, they wouldn't even get to the conference finals and nobody is perfect

  • This compilation is absurdly awesome in its grotesque awesomness... x_X

  • I know I shouldn't mention him, but who can agree with me that LBJ is similar to a prime Vince Carter. Compare both their history and game, it's almost identical except Vince is more clutch after seeing this. BTW, I'm a die-hard VC fan. =]

  • @MultiReK no hes not cuz lebron's not cluch

  • @MultiReK talent wise vc is better though

  • @MultiReK Yea there similar but vince carter isn't that fast Lebron james is raound 280 lbs and his way faster then a prime vince carter

  • Carter is OLD and is a bum! He has nothing left!!! he needs to leave orlando and Retire

  • Vince didnt have the best season in his 1st year with the magic but honestly it not completely his fault. The magic dont have a point guard who can get Vince the ball to be an effective player. Jameer sucks at running a team and all his good games were when he scored cuz he cant pass. But I have a feeling Vince will play much better this season.

  • @DoubleClutch95 thank u finally sum1 whoz not ignorant and actually knows u need the ball in ur hands to be able to make plays and score lol jameer is an undersized shooting guard and not once throughout the series tried to get vince involved..its unfortunate the year was gone to waste but hopefully stan van gundy and the magic smarten up and learn how to get their scorer involved and maybe dwight will learn some post moves

  • Carter is an epic CHOKER

  • VC!

  • @kblondas Yeah definitely. I felt like at some point (maybe after that missed shot) something died in Vince... and then re-emerged when he was traded to NJ.

  • clearly his best clutch moments came as a raptor...sorry to say it but most of his highlights as a NJ net were end of the game 3-pointers....not very exciting

  • if he had the drive like kobe and jordan and played defense he would have been up there like top 5 ever

  • @JW2K3 i agree

  • the only reason why VC doesn't have more clutch shots in Orlando is because that retard coach SVG doesn't give him the ball enough

  • @kietasss they need to start jason williams in place of jameer nelson aka ballhog 2 the fullest

  • wow 2001 was just full of gwz for vc eh lol hollyy

  • there no1 right now even close to Kobe and Carter in clutch moments in a game.............Carter to me is hated by the NBA.They never put him in a good team until this year and look hes older and look how the Magics used him...Made Vince look like a regular shooting guard in the playoffs with not enough touches only when shot clock down.He got trash seconds for the most.

  • @ferx23 i agree stan van gundy is a retard and jameer nelson hogs the ball too much--van gundy does not try to get vc involved in the 1rst 3 quarters n then in the final 2 min of the game says, here vince! score as if hes a fucken video game lol but then again vc must demand the ball himself and not look like hes shitting himself every second of the game--his confidence and swagger visibly dissapeared after the two missed ftz in game 2--very dissapointed as a huge fan of his

  • The key to the Magic pulling this thing off is Vince Carter scoring when he is left open and no one is paying attention to him lets face it he is not scoring 20 points against the Celtics but if he can get the Celtics to respect him the Magic have a greater odds to winning. Nelson and Howard is killing Boston with the screens and pick and roll Boston is too slow to keep up with it. Watch Vince Carter gets 40 tommrow as im saying this and i hope he does lol

  • There are 2 videos from when he was at the Magic. And there are only like 5 from the year 2008 till now. He isnt as clutch as he used to be.

Also the video at the 7:33 mark is complete crap. That isnt clutch, his team was in the lead already. Same thing with the video at 7:45. The Nets had the lead by 3, not as clutch as being down by 1,2, or 3.

  • We can say that Vince isnt clutch because all of these videos were 8 years ago. Look how old all the videos look.

  • @funnyman2424 u dumbass theres clutch shots from each year---2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010....see how that works? if u dont believe me...watch the video again and try reading the dates at the top left of the screen on each play LOL

  • @sauce556

jasmin is a moron, and not to be taken seriously.

  • @sauce556 I never said that there wasn't a year represented idiot. Make sure you read what you type before you press enter. You have highlights from 1999-2008 for 8:30 of the video. The last 1:27 of the video is from 2009-2010. So there has been a steady decline in his "clutchness" in the past two years. Next time try to understand context of the sentence before you just assume you know what I am talking about. Rookie.

  • @funnyman2424

    moron

  • @funnyman2424 ur an idiot lol nuff said...

  • @funnyman2424

How is 1:27 for just one season a "decline" from 8:30 over 10 seasons. I'm still waiting for you to explain this to me. 8:30 for 10 seasons is less than 1 minute per season.

Don't ignore this question either. YOU brought up these numbers (8:30, 1:27). So please share your calculations/logic with the rest of us.

  • @funnyman2424

No they're not moron. Did you even read the dates. They're right on the screen! There are videos from 2008, 2009, and 2010. Last I checked that's not 8 years ago.

  • @theraptorfan100 another idiot who didn't read what I wrote. I never even mentioned 8 yrs ago. I don't feel like wasting time on you so I'll copy my other comment. Make sure you read what you type before you press enter. You have highlights from 1999-08 for 8:30 of the video. The last 1:27 of the video is from 09-10. There has been a steady decline in his "clutchness" in the past 2 years. Next time try to understand context of the sentence before you just assume you know what I am talking about.

  • @funnyman2424

    >>You have highlights from 1999-08 for 8:30 of the video. The last 1:27 of the video is from 09-10.<<

You idiot. 1999-08 is 10 seasons. 09-10 is only one season. So if his clutchness were perfectly even, the amount of time of the video from 1999-08 should be 10X as long as 09-10. But 8:30 is less than 6X as long as 1:27. So you just proved he has become more clutch over time.

  • @funnyman2424

So you're saying the first 8:30 is from Carter's first 10 seasons. That's 510 seconds, or an average of 51 seconds per season. And you're saying the last 1:27 is from the 09-10 season. So that's 87 seconds for his last season, vs. an average of 51 seconds for each of his first 10 seasons.

    You're right.

  • @funnyman2424

8:30 for 11 seasons is a lot less per season than 1:27 you filthy faggot.

You just proved yourself wrong with your own numbers. 8:30 for 11 seasons is less than 1 minute per season, loser.

Now if you don't like Vince, don't post here. You don't see my bashing players I don't like in videos dedicated to them do you? Loser faggot.

  • My only question: He's made a lot of clutch shots in his lifetime, but he's also had a lot of opportunities. How many HAS HE MISSED?? As a Magic Fan, I'm currently distraught over his MIA status in the playoffs currently.

  • Comment removed

  • unfortunately the 2 missed free throws in game 2 completely overshadows this entire video clip...very dissapointing time to be a vc fan

  • we need some of these tonight baby!

  • TVN xD

  • Probably second most clutch person over their career currently in the nba at the moment. after Kobe
