    my stepdad is currently in the military and whenever his physical tests are coming up he goes on a liquid diet for a couple of days. Would you reccomend this.?

  • @that1panamanian short term...yes...but for the long term no...would suggest finding the healthier alternatives to any bad foods he eats...then work on sticking with those foods while doing my daily clips...what do you think?~ahmad

  • I started using this workout as part excercise and i could really feel my abs tightening which is whati want i have got a 4pk abs but they are not as defined. thanks i will start doing them daily

  • hey dude i actually like wat u said...i train my own way because my body is already intuned wit how i train...i hav been training for a few years tho so i already hav my flow. i wanted to say thanks for mentioning the water and cardio part. most ppl who try to train for a six pack dont mention drinking a lot of water or cardio. cardio burns off the fat layers on ur abs and the water helps ur muscles function properly (remember the body is about 65% water). thanks again for mentioning dat

  • ha i am 17 i am 5`10 i am 161 pounds i lost weigth i use to be 170 . i am not fat but i have a belly. i usaly go down in my basement and ride my bike. so if i ride my bike for an hour then i do crunchs i can get a sixpack or i need to do more

  • im a girl and im 14 years old and 5"4' i need to tighten my abs and thighs im un sure of my currnet weight im sum where between 127 and 147 but im un sure i was 147 last year when they weighed us in school

    so do u have any helpful suggestions (i spelt that wrong i can feel it)

  • can't see anything wrong with your spelling (though 'unsure' is one word ; and 'currnet' is clearly a typo, which we all do!)

    at 14 i'd say you shouldn't be worrying too much about your body, you're still developing. just try to eat healthy and try to do a bit of exercise/sport. try a few of ahmad's clips to tighten up, but you need to do cardio as well, especially if you have fat to lose.

  • if your goal is to lose weight fast...start with my week 7 cardio clip and watch the lesson 3 clip...lets do that for a week...ok?

  • running(or any cardio) + my ab clips + diet after 12:30pm = a great mid section...6 or 8 pack...guaranteed

  • the foods you eat matter. there is a whole lot of crap in processed foods

  • The best way to lose weight quicky is to start jogging, this works the biggest muscles in your body, which burns calories fast. You could have all the muscle in the world, but if there is a layer of fat then you cant see it. Also try to eat more healty stuff. Good luck :)

  • I want to help you with this. Let me track your daily progress. I need you to start the 30 day challenge with us. You need to pick one of my ab clips to do...and do it everyday that your abs are not too sore. Also I want you to try after the ab clip..the week one cardio. Then i want you to post what you ate or plan to eat for the day...OK??

  • I know I'm asking a ton of questions here, and this one is sort of off topic, but how many days a week should I work out at the gym? Right now I only go for 3 days a week, and get all the muscle groups in, while doing abs 4 to 5 days per week, with weekends off for rest. Is this enough?

  • running will burn the fat so it is easier for your muscles to show and easier to sculpt

  • I like the second exercise because I have Scoliosis and its hard for me to bend backwards and go up all the way from the waist up. So in other words it can not do a full crunch.  Thanks.

  • I also limit myself to 100 carbs a day and only eat whole wheats

  • Remove all gluten for a week and see if this helps...don't eat anything with gluten in the ingredients ok?

  • why? Im trying to reduce all wheat gluten and such for health purposes but what does this have to do with muscle? sounds interesting!????

  • sometimes we are internally allergic to certain foods ingredients, especially gluten. 65% of showing your abs and losing fat comes from your actions in the kitchen. This is why not everyone has the waistline the want. We have to watch what we eat after 12 pm.

  • Thank you, Im trying to cut down on wheat and gluten mostly because I noticed it contributes to my skin flare ups but Im going to try it for the muscle side also...

    My main problem is I have a very fast metabolism and Im a hard gainer, my torso and legs are small compared to what it should be.... Its so hard to cut down on gluten and wheat tho... considering I had Oats every breakfast!!! And I cut off my Milk also :( Its a pain man hahaha any tips??? I will very much appreciate 'em

  • I have done this for 2 months and not huge results. My main goal is to just cut down and so u can see my abs more. I have the same problem as you (that fat you see when you sit down..lol) Any suggestions. I have been running everyday after my workouts for 15 mins and it seem to be working. Let me know. Thanks.

  • I shot this clip many months ago...it was one of my first clips...anyway I think the way I fixed my problem was to increase my cardio and I also followed lesson 3 video clip...try it...it works...

  • You should do part1 and part 2 3-4 times a week depending on how sore you are. If you are too sore to move...then don't...just rest.

  • For best results in this case...try all of the clips I have made that are within your fitness level. You can switch up the clips to keep your body guessing always. These routines are designed to be made easier or more extreme...try this plan I have stated about using variation for a month...and watch how everything improves...

  • if you can not hold the perfect plank position for 90 seconds then you are not considered advanced yet...if you can only hold for a few seconds you are a beginner...anywhere in between is considered intermediate...ok?

  • We need to first work on lowering your body fat a bit more...and also take note that muscle definition is genetic...so we will need to maximize all of your weak areas while still giving your stronger points attention.

  • To do this you need to clean up your eating, if needed. Then you need to workout for at least 20 minutes a day within your maximum heart rate zone. Try this for a month...tell us all the difference...

  • Alright soo im 17 && i have a natural 6 pack but ive been eating junk food like crazy soo its not as tone as it used to be but this looks like a good workout.

  • good to hear you will be starting!! you need to watch your eating...fix your sweet tooth by having a nice protein smoothie instead...abs are made in the kitchen...not the gym...will check up on you...do your cardio for 30-40 mins a day if you want fast results...watch the lessons ok?

    longer distances mor so like 2 to 6 miels should do the trick trust me im 14 and if i can do it u can to i did 1 the first day i though i was going to die but after a while it be cam 3 and then 6 and now im running 7 so just make a pace for your self and know that u can do it

  • in the majority of theses workouts i feel it all mostly in my upper abs...im starting to just get a muscular upper abs with a curve and then a little fat ..could u give me some advice

  • yes i have , but for a short period i have lost that burning feeling , so i just increased the number of that workout ,instead of 15 i now do 20 or 25 now (depending how i feel lol) but it's a fantastic workout , thanks for the advise :D

  • Yes i am still doing this workout. I try to do all of your videos each day. Im never sore until the next day but it is a good kind of sore =) I do all your ab workouts, then all your upper body videos then i go run and condition myself. i love it

  • you should be doing this full clip for your ab workout. Switch between my other ab clips...just keep rotating....

  • Awesome, I'm gonna try this and get back you. I'm taking Karate, and it'll be good for training my body, plus I could use a nice six pack for taking punches. The gym helps a lot, but I don't know how to excecise at home without all the equiptment.
