Along with her leaving a mark on him. Not to mention they were talking about that the spook's last apprentice gave them food with no trouble. 4. re-read the book/series before your gonna post stuff like this. 5. The series is good and well worth reading. It's pretty intense, mam is a very amazing and interesting person, what happened in book 6 to mam didn't necessarily please me but it happened for a reason. Haha keeps the fun going, keeping it intense. If you've read the series you know what I'm talking about. I'm not saying I'm sure but a 7th book will probably come out

Why is this called The Last Apprentice: Revenge of the witch anyway? Im english and here the series is called the WardStone chronicles (due to the introduction) and the book is called the Spooks Apprentice. Is it like with the harry potter books where in America they changed its name?
