lifting weights is a waste of time. instead buy a racing bike and find the steepest hill in your area. ride up, ride down, repeat.

I'm in love with crossfit. The girls lifting at 1:24 1:29 and 1:34 are crazy! Where can I learn form like that? I'm having trouble with my back and it looks like they might be able to relate.
