Hey! I saw this cartoon millions of times and I've noticed a little goof in this: First, we see Mickey cleaning the face. Then, we see Mickey sweeping the gears. And, for no reason, Mickey's back cleaning the face again. Then, I had a thought: What if Oswald was the fourth clock cleaner? That way, Oswald can clean the face and try to save Goofy while Mickey would be inside the clock sweeping the gears and/or helping out Donald. And the ending would pretty much stay the same.
