  • damn i thought this was the koi fish one where is that one at, because that is just amazing

  • this is sooo cool thank you!

  • cool

    /:)

  • ...u cut it...if u cut in it, it's no origami... it's kirigami

  • got it after a few tries i couldnt get the tail but watever thank you for helping me with my history project

  • Origami is a paper folding art. it means you don't use scissors.

  • sakura sakura noyama mo sato mo miwatasu kagiri sakura sakura hana zakari

    yeah, i remember that song

  • the only thing which bugs me are the cuts on tailfin... nice fish though!

  • too fast? but hell why does yuttube have a pause button? stupid

  • thanks for the advise to start with something easyer but i want fish. I am making a 9 fish mobile for luck.

  • This is not one of the simplest shapes - start with the cup and dove. Work your way up to this one.

  • real fish cant stand up in flat land either

  • at 0:43 how do you fold it " out " ?

  • My origami fishy died! I just put it in my fish tank, and it just went blegh. It even flipped upside down underwater.

  • Lulzie

  • I made a movil out of it.

  • Yes, I made it right on my first try~

Thank you very much. && somehow mine stands up. xD

  • thanks! I am making it for father's day! i also made a box! He owns a seafood/sushi restaurant! So this will be a great gift!

  • i didn't get it. do it more slowly

  • Coincidentally, I have the same paper as you when I watched this video! I also have the papers from the crane, swan, and the dove. LOL This video was rather hard at first but then it had gotten very easy towards the end :D

  • This was extremely helpful and much easier to follow than the other fish origami videos by other members. I agree that it does get a little tricky with the cutting part, but once you get it it's easy. Thanks!

  • I'm glad you had fun with it! The fish are great fun to make as gifts or even as holiday ornaments for your tree :)

  • the sun light makes it pretty hard to see, but I love your tutorials

  • the cutting part was extremely confusing for me..its hard too see with the colored paper

  • I think it would be harder to see with white paper :) Really though, you simply cut down the top layer of one side. There's no real trick or technique there, you cut right along the fold. Go ahead and cut down the entire side for your first one, to see how it works.

  • My origami DVD is ready! You get 20 full sets of video instructions for traditional and money origami shapes. I have redone the soundtrack for the DVD and the video quality is much higher than on YouTube. I also provide prompt email support for any folding projects you have. Great for creating holiday presents and decorations!

  • i love it. its just that, that annoying flute sound can get a bit annoying :[

  • This is one of my older videos, before I had access to copyright-free music. The newer ones have actual music that I found that is copyright free :)

  • Oooh Cool! thx for clearing that up!

  • Cool, at a minutes you have a helmet.

  • Yes, the fish and the helmet have the exact same steps up until near the end :)

  • incredible videos!!!!!

    i love your origami creations!!

I really cant wait till more!

  • That's great! I love fish for hanging decorations. They are great around the holidays - you make a bunch and put them into each holiday card you send, with a hook. People can hang them on their tree or in their home!

  • Thanks Lisa i've down 10 fish by watching your video and put them all on my window ...very nice decoration. I love your videos :) Thanks Chica!
