There's no autumn in Chongqing. It seemed to turn from too-warm-for-long-sleeves to freezing in one week. The air quality is not much for you to miss, but they say that's it's MUCH better than it was a few years ago. Still, for the safety of your lungs, don't spend too much time here...although it's a tempting idea.

Such a terrible summer, I came back to Chongqing for 2 months in this summer, I never seen it rained. I left at 14th Aug. I am homesick.
