Couldn't they just take off the wheels and steal your frame? I guess my question is how is the frame locked up?

@Kdnce No. The rear wheel is locked within the rear triangle, so it can't be removed. Cutting through a wheel that's under spoke tension is extremely difficult, and cutting through the kevlar isn't much easier either. If someone's dedicated enough to bring power tools and there's noone around to spot them and tell them to stop, there's really little stopping them.

The front and fork is tethered to the rear.
