It's cause all his weapons and armour are all seriously damaged. He needs repairs as you can see from the opening credits. If this was a regular human they would fighting in a Wheelchair hooked up to 3 IV's.

I get al my practice From MegamanZero 3. Try that one thne you can do that level easily once you beat it.
Yeah... It's always like that. All the games are easier then the last. On Zero 3 all you need is the Energy drop elf and the double item Elf. You can recovery 8 Energy in 10-20 Secands easy. On Megamanzero3 I can beat all versions of Omega on hard more without getting touched. All I need is the double jump.
Omfg... No offence but you SUCKED HORRIBLY! I think You might have gotten a B from that at the least. I can do it getting 100 Points S without getting hit doing it in about 1 Min and 50 Some secands.According to this it took you over 3 mins. You were slow Un-accurate And did'nt plan yourself ahead very well. There was alot of mistakes that you did. You can't hit upwards with the Buster for the birds. So you have to use the saber. Out of the fact that you almost died at that.
