When a control resets like this, and displays Control Power Trouble, then it has told you the issue, You most likely have a ground fault or short on one of the power circuits. Take all wiring off, apply only keypad directly to control, and if the issue goes away, the problem lies in your wiring.

@gnm2000 It was a faulty NX-548E wireless reciever. Removed/replaced that and it's fine...
