I just found your ad, nice looking bike, I wish I were in your area dude>>I am in Germany and will not be back in the states until Novemeber>>Its funny how sometimes you make a comment and you find out almost psychically that things are about to happen...Thats one sweet ride and I am sure it will go quick.
Hey I was just wondering. I have a 98 CBR600f3 with the stock exhaust. I am thinking about getting a new one thought just not sure what to get. It looked like you have a D&D and it sounded pretty good. If I get something it will be a slip on and I want it to be as loud as possible. I was wondering if your exhaust was a slip on and how loud you think it is compared to others you may have heard.
If you're just looking for loud, not any specific type of noise, this one is great. As far as other loud bikes, the only ones I think I've heard louder were Straight Pipes, no exhaust can at all (bad b/c of no back pressure) but small list of good loud exhausts: D&D, Two Brothers, Screamin Demon, Akrapovic, etc. Just look around, find something you like in your price range. Mine is only a slip on, not the whole exhaust
Yeah it's stock. I'm lookin into getting the one you have ASAP, it's a Second Look right? I've seen them on these bikes and they add a lot to them, I just dont have the money right now. I need to pay off a speeding ticket I got in my car, then replace my back tire, get a riding jacket, maybe new chain, etc. lol
i had the same bike but mine was a 96 i believe. great bikes, didn't keep it long enought to throw a pipe on it though. i miss that bike and my only complaint was mine didn't come wiht a gas gauge(lots of pushing)
I bought it recently with the pipe already on it, and I CANT complain, lol
I usually run it 100-120 miles and fill up, only had to use reserve tank twice so far (broken trip meters suck when you forget what mile you filled at)

I've got a 98 Smoken Joe with the same exhaust. Love it, however, My seat is Yellow, White and Purple. Is that a stock seat you have?

RR when I get it! Love the look and the sound!
You can't go wrong w/ Honda or D&D exhausts :D

Btw man, glad to see you didn't rev it to hell
and back like most people do in videos like this. I dont think people realize that revving
the tits outta the bike under no load strains
the motor. Smart move, dude : )

half revs, probably around 6,500 rpm, sounds a lot better at the top but I didn't want to free rev it that high
