For the LFO, you need to make sure it's routed properly in the Mod Matrix at the bottom, tempo sync is optional (of course) but if you have short notes and a slow oscillation speed, then key sync will do nothing. Short notes + fast oscillation is when you should use key sync. Or long & slow.
you didn't show how to do anything. All you did was mess around with the knobs and say "here you can do this".
