Oh hey the one thing about lyrics don't matter isn't what Black Metal is about. Black Metal is all about the message, they just deliver it and describe it using music, yes the music is awesome but original Black Metal is an ideology and word view, it's an art, an entirely new religion. Dark, fascination, evil, demonic yet amazing. It's like a new world, but one I won't enter.

Wel CoF used to like no time to cry or nymphetamine but her ghost in the fog for example i don't feel anything when i listen to it it's an awesome song and such but the atmosphere is't emotional or it doesn't feel like it, though the lyric is about love and such the messages are good but they don't really make it into an atmosphere which is good since it's not atmospherical music and dimmu well not really emotional either

Which one is more close to Britney Spears, who's on Sony BMG, too, if I recall right :D And Dimmu Borgir got damn great artists in the band and most of their albums are masterpieces. But this In Sorte Diaboli wasn't their strongest album and was disappointing compared to older stuff.

I'm not saying anything bad about CoF, but that Sony BMG thing is true, I think and they're closer to Britney Spear's than Dimmu Borgir. And yes, I'm defending Dimmu Borgir. When it's a big disagreement, then it's a way to leave the band, I think. And Dimmu Borgir can be without Mustis or Vortex, even though they're a big loss for the band. DB's best albums are from the 90's when Simen and Mustis weren't in DB yet.
