I lit my socks on fire at a Slipknot concert back in 2008. It was at the Mayhem Festival in San Bernardino. My socks had big holes in them and were starting to get really uncomfortable so I took them off and threw them in a bonfire that was in the middle of the mosh pit. Does that count as pyromania?
Doc, you are Wrong! curiosity about fire is natural, play or lighting a fire is NOT. Kids should not being playing with fire at all, and if so, CBT & Fire Safety Education is strongly needed.
Also some pyromaniacs have somesort of fetish to fire.

@Cerberus091 Where the gratification is sexual in nature, it is referred to a Pyrophilia.

@SupremeMaggot
do you do that sort of thing often? or was that an occastional thing?
by the way slipknot is awsome.

@Cerberus091 Not often. I feel the urge to do it more often though whenever I see something I don't like (like a Billboard magazine, for example).
