Thanks to the author for the movie, I miss my city. :) The only pity is that the city can not evolve due to political, economic and social reasons. The huge potential of the city just prostavivate, people go to the western regions of the country. Factories do not work from the Soviet era, but I think everything will change soon in the coming time, the power in Russia will change and the country will heal better. :))

That's my home city too. And I like it. Like it very much. But it's dying slowly, due to constant migration of people from it to the Western part of the country and insufficient policy of local government. It's economy's been in stagnation for almost two decades. Plus to that it's dangerous. It's in TOP3 of cities in Russia with highest crime rates and has highest street crime rate. As for me I've been robbed twice...

i was there a year and a half ago during my stay in khabarovsky krai/primorye. the second nicest city in the RFE after vladivostok.

My beautiful wife's home city. She was a dentist there. We were married there in 2002 before moving to the UK. It was a magical, a totally unique day that will stay with me always. We visit every couple of years and it gets better each time.Thank you Khabarovsk for my wife, her amazing family, the Amur river and the best memories ever

I want to thank you for posting this video. I wish I could download it. I just married my fiance who lives in Khabarovsk on July 19, 2007. But then I had to return to the U.S. to obtain documents for immigration in order to live there with my wife. I miss my wife every moment of every day and I miss my new home, Khabarovsk!!!

Thanks for sharing. This looks a lot like the Russian I visited in the late 60's. Rather bleak. Nice place to visit but wouldn't want to live there.
