Good job on the video, I'm gonna go try it out, but you shouldn't empty out a capsule, the outer cover is there purposely, it is there because the content itself is too harsh sometimes, so it has to be protected by a safe outer shell. Other than that, great job :D

None of these worked for me.ive researched how to swallow pills but nothing worked. Im 15 and cant swallow pills until i discovered to swallow it quickly. Just put the pill in your mouth take a sip of water then swallow. Should be easy!

I have fish oil captules but can't seem to swallow them i don't know why I guess I'm just scared of choking or something because when I'm about to swallow I end up spitting it back up or it slides to the side of my mouth please help :( x

heres anothere method drink some thick liqued like pop is most recomended dont put too much add the pill add the same liqued a little more have the child open there thraot on their on own and swallow it all works for me ;)

capsules.. what i do is i let them sit in my mouth, until the capsule goes very soft, and almost 'Gooey' this is much easier to swallow.. it literally slips down as it is soft
