So if you are 99.9% sure of your statement, than there is one chance in 1,000 that you are wrong and that man-made global warming IS happening with terrible consequences. Only 1% of national GDP is necessary to reverse global warming. Isn't that a small price to pay even if there is only one chance in 1,000 that we are right?

What is needed as much as massive production of clean energy is the ability to hold, move, and store clean convertable energy. Not long term, short term. We have storage batteries, we could have heat reservoirs, there is the possibility of energy cells. Probably overlooked until now would be pneumatic or air pressure storage.
