Injuries and lack of confidence, along with expectation and pressure have detoriated him in oh so many ways since 2009 and in a bit of time he will almost be 30. Ozil is the future for real madrid and at the moment he is the better player and will be the better i prefer for sarabia,canales, and neymar which will all be part in the future over kaka.

True being a 10/trequartista he can only really play centrally behind 1 or 2 strikers and cant really play out wide. Seems like players of his type have to be far more adaptable in the modern game. Personally think he should return to Italy before going back to Brazil.

Ozil > Di Maria > Kaka
Why? Kaka was beast but his surgery just broke him off
How can people now think that Kaka is better than Ozil or Di Maria I mean I know guys are fan of Kaka but you have to admit that he is not good anymore and that Ozil and Di Maria surpassed him altough I really like Kaka and all of those players I like everyone in RM except for Lass Diarra.

Lol at people saying kaka was better than ozil, kaka did nothing this season except scoring non decisive goals in easy matches. ozil created chances far more than kaka & ozil is a way better playmaker, which is what madrid needs. ozil scored less goals, but his goals was againts barcelona ffs, & he started all the though matches (Barca, Lyon), it's not even funny to compare them. Ozil even often played out of position but still created more than kaka, more goals doesn't mean kaka the better one

Kaka is in a higher league than Ozil. Despite his injuries, I'd still prefer him. Ozil has potential but there is a barrier that he might never permeate which Kaka already has.

How can you say that Kaka will never reach same level? He has already found his form and Kaka is back. When Kaka is at his best, he is simply the best. It's stupid to compare him with Ozil. I don't think he will win Ballon d'or again, but what I know is that its possible to reach same level. Kaka hasn't played much against barca, but his first el clasico he wa amazing!!! Ozil doesnt have the capabilities kaka has and will never ever have.

@Huzzzyg i suggest you wind your self down a little, and you stop being a mark, ozil and kaka are different type of players, ozil is more of a playmaker like zidane that can plat on the wings and centre because he can playmake from anywhere, hes that good, while kaka was a direct forward which had the elements of a playmaker but could only play and can only play in the middle, kaka is not a better player than ozil is atm, and never will again.

You are entitled to your own opinion, but thats the one that matters. Also Ozil performed really well in the Super Cup. He made so many chances, but nobody could finish all those chances. @ilostmypencap At the moment Ozil is preffered, but if Kaka is in form, It's much better to play with Kaka in important games, such as El Clasico! Ozil have been performing well in almost all games which is great! Kaka is improving and we can see that from the recent games. He's played part in the counter attacks which usually end up with goals. We have also seen that playing with Kaka and Ozil is working well.

Kaka doesn't play as a playmaker he decides to shoot too many times when he could instead create a better opportunity which is what playmakers are supposed to do.

ozil is younger and has performed far better than kaka over the past year. tbf to kaka he has striggled with injury ever since joining madrid. Ability wise kaka is still better but ozil has potential.

@hudman1 i agree with you in some of your opinions. but overall as a player kaka will never be the same player that once was the best in the world. Injuries and lack of confidence, along with expectation and pressure have detoriated him in oh so many ways since 2009 and in a bit of time he will almost be 30. Ozil is the future for real madrid and at the moment he is the better player and will be the better i prefer for sarabia,canales, and neymar which will all be part in the future over kaka.

True, Its a shame though. Kaka is my favourite player, I've followed his career ever since he signed for Milan, imo from 2004-2009 he was arguably the best attacking midfielder in Europe but I doubt he can reach those levels again .

He is overpaid in real madrid @ 10 or so million euros a year, making him the most useless and overpaid player compared to importance in football history. He is also too 1 dimensional and cant really play more positions that CAM. Thats why playmakers/wingers are becoming more popular in the sport these days.

True being a 10/trequartista he can only really play centrally behind 1 or 2 strikers and cant really play out wide. Seems like players of his type have to be far more adaptable in the modern game. Personally think he should return to Italy before going back to Brazil.

And also the fact that he used to be so effective because of his speed, touch, and confidence which have terribly been blown away to oblivion and i doubt he will return to italy unless he goes to inter, milan probably want ganso.

kaka was nowhere in becoming the one he was in Milan, lol. kaka's problem isn't only injury, but also aging, he's past it & in decline now, he's 30 not 28 & with broken body. he can looked good in easy matches or when the game already done & dusted at 3-0, but when the going got though kaka did no good, he can't even handle malaga. but he's still a class player and could be a decent sub fot this season
