All she ever talked about was her mother, and how she raised her by herself, and supported her career. Oh well. Still so young, and a shock when she passed away. actually he can't be banned from the gravesite because it is considered public. can you imagine the outrage if her mother had wanted to ban everyone from coming within say 200 feet of the grave? you can't enforce something like that. it would be a nightmare for the staff.

the only way he could be banned from visiting her grave is if he caused a commotion there.

@GreatGarloo Well actually that *IS* what happened, back when Simon was alive. Only people on an approved "list" were allowed to visit Brittany's grave. No fans were allowed, and Forest Lawn security had to drive by every 5 or 10 min all day, to make sure this was enforced. It was horrible. If a fan was caught visiting, you were asked for ID and then asked to leave.

Such a tragic loss of a beautiful, talented woman....
