That is quite a good output for only 3V input, my flyback does nothing on 3V.

@Alex1M6 he is using ni-cd or ni-mh batteries probably,from a ni-* battery you can drain even 10 amperes , an alkaline battery will blow up with 1.5 ampere or less

@lo9765 Actually modern day NiMh batteries can generate about 40 amperes! Amazing things
