  • You also need an SG-1000!

  • @15:30 you mentioned that the Model 1 Genesis has better sound than the other models. This is only partially true. For the best Sega Genesis sound you need the original Model 1 version with the "High Definition Graphics" logo above the cartridge slot. Either that or the Sega CDX, I guess. Just sayin'.

  • dude your face makes some annoying fucking sounds. i couldn't watch more than 5 minutes of this shit. spit your fucking gum out before you make another video.

  • The music to streets of rage was good for the mega drive even till this day.

  • are you eating a piece of Fatback while you are filming this ???

  • man that gum chewing is annoying, nice review though!

  • Nice video. Just wondering would it be worth it to trade in a TurboGrafx-16 for a Sega Master system? As I have a TurboGrafx-16 and do not know if the Master system would be worth it.

  • @ATARI800XLfan I would honestly stick with the TG16. Games like Neutopia and Splatterhouse are better than anything I've found on the Master System. Your taste in games may vary making the SMS the better fit for you though. Being a collector I'd just hold on to the TG16 and save up for the master system. The SMS library does get better if you're willing to import however and it does play any region SMS game. There may be a few exceptions though.

  • @JerryTerrifying Thanks, I am mostly into Platformers, shooters and racing games, Grew up in the 90's. I will get one eventually as the only 8-bit system I own is the Atari 7800 which is good for arcade games but that is about it, also which version of ghouls and ghosts is better master system or genesis. What is a good price for a Master system. A local vintage store has one for 40 dollars.

  • @ATARI800XLfan $40 is pretty fair. That's what I paid for mine a few years ago. There's plenty of games you'd be interested in on the SMS for those specific genres. The version of Ghouls and Ghosts on the SMS is an import. I actually bought mine on ebay from Australia. It was $15 after shipping...I may have gotten pretty lucky on that one so keep that in mind if you're looking for it. That being said the SMS version is the best version I've played. I put up a review of it a long time ago.

  • @JerryTerrifying Thanks, how is the Sega 32X in comparison, just bought one a week ago before I knew the store had a master system.

  • @ATARI800XLfan It has a small library but there's a few really solid games. I'd recommend checking out the Star Trek Starfleet Academy game. Not a lot of people talk about that one but I enjoy it. Your mileage may vary if you're not a Star Trek fan though.

  • @JerryTerrifying Thanks, if you had to chose which one would you keep a Master system or a Sega 32X. Should I keep mine or trade it in for a Master system.

  • @ATARI800XLfan I guess most people would keep the Master System just because of the larger library. But shit...I'd have to do whatever I could to have both lol.

  • Dude clean your consoles there al dirty, dirty white boy!

  • Dude you and your segas are awesome!

  • Overall a very nice video I never knew about the cdx. I wish you could have devoted some time to show some gameplay for each system I seriously have never seen the Saturn gameplay or master system gameplay it would be refreshing to hear a fair review. Wasn't too happy with the comments about James Aka avgn but it's your opinion if u aren't a fan im not going to bash you over it

  • dude i gotta get a saturn...im only 14 and i grew up on old games...(didnt get new consoles so i got old ones as gifts :D) the bulkyness calls me plus i like the sega cd model 1version...although my genesis got broke (damn lanlordD:<)

long story short....no more classic games D:

  • are they still making games for the dreamcast....my cousin says they do but i think he is BS'ing me

  • @JAYWALKERS3000 He's not bullshitting you. They do still make Dreamcst games. They officially made Dreamcast games in Japan for a very long time as well a home brew developers.

  • $5 for the power base converter??? I'm glad I didn't buy the $45 one at Half Price Books!

  • assy L O FUCKING L

  • FYI: Newer Super Nintendo models did not have an eject button -- the console itself was smaller and more rounded, as if it was a "slimline" model like the PS2 Slim.

  • @FZero2daMAX I own a model 2 SNES. But most people only had the original.

  • @JerryTerrifying The original model had the ejector, right? Because my grandparents have that model, while I have the non-ejector model (which I like better).

  • The little stick for the Master controller does not make it better. I hated that little stick. It always made my fingers hurt. You're just better off using a Sega Genesis controller with auto-fire capabilities.

  • Veeeery nice. Sega is incredible.

  • @WrathOscuro yeah it is pretty crap. I think I've seen mods where people put in modern LCD screens. I've also seen mods where people put TV output in there...I'd love to have that.

  • @WrathOscuro While they are pretty bad by todays standards it is a common problem for the capacitors to start leaking. That's why a lot of GG's have bad audio and even worse screens.

  • I think that SMS controller you showed at the beginning of the vid was the 2nd gen one. The original pad had the cord coming out from the side. My favorite Sega controllers belonged to the Saturn. Especially that 3D controller that came bundled with Nights. Loved that one.

Anyway, nice and informative vid :)

  • @hoodmaster495 There's a reason why some users have no time limit. I signed up for a directors account with youtube before it was bought out by google. So I have directors account privelages. Had you signed up in 2006 for a directors account you'd have a sweet ass time limit free account too.

  • @hoodmaster495 Tell me about it. I really love not having to worry about it...it was a bigger deal before they upped it to 15 minutes though.

  • I have the 3D goggles ;)

  • @marqwill1124 Lucky!

  • I found a model 1 master system on a car boot sale with a light phaser

  • @figaro589 That's cool...what'd you pay for it?

  • @JerryTerrifying

I payed £15 or around $25 in your money, it has 2 in built games which were hang on and safari hunt, I later bought sonic 1 and 2 for it for $1.50 each then space harrier for $8

  • @figaro589 That's a pretty damn good deal.

  • @JerryTerrifying

buying the system was about 6 years ago now

and still works like a dream but the power supply is begnning to fray internally

but, I use the adapter from my mega drive when I want to play on it

  • @JerryTerrifying the sega genesis is called the sega mega drive in the eu and jp and have you ever played sonic

  • @JerryTerrifying in eu and jp mega cd

  • @briafromxbox Well aware of it. :D

  • where did you get your master system i cant find one anywhere

  • @Gameplay34 ebay. If you've got a model 1 genesis you might want to look for a Power Base Converter. I think there's only one game that doesn't work with it and its one of those card games.

  • This makes me sad my mum gave away my Mega Drive and 32X when I was younger, never did have a Mega CD or a Saturn, should put the Saturn on my list of next console to buy!

  • @necromancer1983x Mom's are always throwing away awesome stuff! I'm always saddened when I hear those stories.

  • this is the best youtube video.....EVER!

  • @MisterWilsonTV LOL thanks.

  • Nice video even though its old. I own the model 2 sega genesis. I am considering of picking up the model 1 and the model 1 sega cd if I can find one. Might just skip the 32x cause it kinda sucks.

  • IM GONNA WATCH THE WHOLE THING!

  • @Jakkinator45 Well what did you think?

  • @JerryTerrifying ITS FRIGGIN AWESOME

  • @Jakkinator45 LOL thanks man. Glad you liked it. :D

  • I got my SEGA Master System from my Science 8 teacher for free!

It came with two controllers, arcade stick, all the hook ups, and 10 games.

  • JerryTerrifying how many Saturns do you have?

  • JerryTerrifying

I just picked up a Model 2 SEGA Saturn. What good Saturn games do you recommend?

I have all the SEGAs now except the 32X.

  • Panzer Dragoon, Panzer Dragoon 2, Panzer Dragoon Saga...but I'd hate for anyone to get it before I do! Three Dirty Dwarves, NiGHTS into Dreams, Wing Arms, Bust A Move 2 and Saturn Bomberman and Duke Nukem 3D along with a netlink! As long as you've got a regular analog landline, live in the USA and don't mind dialing me :P

  • Thanks for the info...

WIll a Model 2 Genesis AV Cable work with a SEGA Saturn?

  • @Riddler95 No they use different cables.

  • I miss my old SMS. The Card games though really were not any good but it was fun to have them.

  • i live in the uk and sometimes visit the us but never new you did not have scart. it is very good because it saves alot of wires.

  • Dude. The reason AVGN was complaining about the handle stemmed from the fact that there were no end labels on the carts. Yeah he went a bit overboard but you have to agree that with the way he stores his games, the lack of an end label and instead the inclusion of a handle is a pain.

  • @coastercrazy10, seconded, what he said. It was the handle, not the groove. He had a valid point with both the handle and the lack of end labels. The reviewer here should not have gone off on a tangent about the AVGN. I'm not saying that as an AVGN fan, it just takes away from the review. It was uncalled for and unnecessary. Do your own thing man.

  • Jared man, this is the video that got me started watching your stuff a while back. I love how informitive it is, have you got the brodband adapter for the Dreamcast working?

  • A dull picture

  • MAN SIZED HANDS. lol.

  • JerryTerrifying

Have you managed to fix your model 2 SEGA CD?

  • awesome video just watched all of it

  • Have you ever noticed that the Sound for SEGA CD games sounds better using the stereo outputs on the SEGA CD rather than the SEGA Genesis Stereo AV Cable?

  • I haven't actually tried it.

  • Excellent video. Very informative too. That Game Gear mod your doing sounds interesting. Maybe one day you should show a demosration how it outputs well on TV.

  • It might be a loooong time before I ever actually attempt such a difficult mod. :D But it's definitely something I'd love to do.

  • There are other LCD shutter glasses you can get that work with the Sega 3D system- easiest to find is a DVD set of 3 IMAX movies that comes with 2 of them. Sadly they do not work on LCD TVs though- I want to keep my CRT just for that but have no room for it.

  • Whoa tell me more about these glasses! About how much do they cost and where can I find a pair?

  • Will the Saturn Netlink and the Dreamcast Broadband Adapter still work today?

  • The Netlink is a dial up modem so you need an analog phone line. The BBA will work on an any modern connection. But you need the 3.0 webbrowser and only a few games supported the BBA.

Check out my videos about the Netlink. I still paly netlink games with a few friends. The Netlink will always work as long as there's analog phone lines. It doesn't connect through the internet for multiplayer games, it direct dials.

  • Also, the first version of the SMS controller actually had the cord come out from the right side of the controllers instead of the top. I have one of those but it doesn't work at all.

The first version of the 3-button Genesis controller has red highlights on the buttons and near the dpad. I prefer that one because it matches the model 1 Genesis more than the all-black controllers.

  • Yeah I forgot all about the first SMS controllers.

I had one of the original Genesis controllers with the red highlights but sold it with a model 1 Gen I put on amazon. the redhighlights were faded and as I say in the video I really preffer the 6 button controller.

  • I also got bit by the SEGA bug recently. Just a year or so ago, the only SEGA system I had was a DC, but now I have a SMS, around 15 Genesis systems (all 3 models), a Nomad, a CDX (which I got for a good deal, although I don't have the proper ac adapter), 4 32X's, 2 SEGA CD's (both models), 3 Power Base Converters, a Retrogen, a GenMobile, 3 Saturns (both models, 1 modchipped), and a SEGA Sports DC.

  • Yeah I still need a Nomad and a model 3 Genny. I'm not worried about getting the licensed Sega stuff...I want to stick to the junk actually made by Sega. Except of course my bad ass Laseractive with the Sega PAC.

  • 09:30

HAHA SNEs has an EJECT BUTTON

That should count as a double grip.

  • I know it should count as a double grip! Like even if you could get a decent hold on that sucker you're still not going to get it out on your own! You need an elaborate system of levers to assist you.

  • The sms controler is terible, and I have tried the joystick atachment thingy and it sucks too. No worries though, you can just plug a sega genesis controller into it.

  • I hated the SMS pad at first too but I've gotten used to it. Lol I just don't want to use a 3 button genny controller with it...I've only got one six button Genny controller and I'm to lazy to swap it out. Yeah...I'm that lazy.

  • I just got a SEGA CD.

My friend gave one to me for free.

    It is the Model 2.

  • That's way awesome. You need to get yourself a copy of Sonic CD and Snatcher. :)

  • It is pretty great.

I just need to get a 32x now.

  • What would you use to clean the Laser on a Model 2 SEGA CD?

  • I've personally never had to clean a laser on any of my game systems. So I don't really know of the top of my head. So do some googling around.

I believe people use alcohol on a q tip and wipe it down gently. But like I said...do some googling...I'd hate you to do something my dumb ass says and damage something as cool as a Sega CD.

  • You need a colecovision bro :)

  • Someday! I'm not much on gaming from before the NES era though. There's a few games like Space Invaders and Asteroids....but a lot of those games just don't hold me attention.

  • Same here. Although Classic Game Room is turning me on to Atari games.

  • Yeah I've been watching CGR for like a year and a half and it's turned me on to a lot of good games I might not have ever seen. Mark really likes the space shooters and arcadey games.

I was messing around with some Atari games today and yeah...besides Ninja Golf, Galaga, Space Invaders and Asteroids I'm not feeling the Atari games. Most of those are 7800 games too. Although I do have a copy of Breakout I really want to play but don't have any Paddle controllers. Got bid sniped on ebay. :(

  • Fantastic video.

You probably already know this, but the Genesis model 3 was licensed by Sega to be made by Majesco.

So by that logic, you'd probably also want the more recent Genesis Firecore model, which is also licensed officially by Sega and many people are calling it the Genesis Model 4 or 5.

    Just FYI. :)

  • I have the 3D glasses I got them for about £30 on ebay, I think I got lucky there since I wasn't even looking for them.

  • Why is it that when I play my 32X, I get video on one channel and sound on another? Do I need to have the Genesis and the 32X using RF video out? (32X is using standard A/V cables. The genesis is using RF)

  • I'm not sure what the problem is or how to answer it lol. Tell me exactly whats plugged into where.

  • @JerryTerrifying ok, I have a model 1 Genesis hooked up to my tv through RF output, and my 32x is hookup up with an A/V out cable (Red, white, yellow cords). I have all the essential 32X cables hooked in correctly. I'm not quite sure what else there is to say. When I turn on the Genesis there's sound but only half the graphics appear. When I switch the source (Ex. a channel switcher) to the 32X there is picture but no sound.

What I am trying to do is get them to be on the same screen at once.

  • Ok All you need is the cable that goes from the Genesis AV out to the 32X AV in then the Cable that goes from the 32X to the TV. Get rid of the RF cable. And of course you need a million AC adapters :P

  • @JerryTerrifying still no sound.. but I think I may have found out the problem. When I brought my 32X into my local game shop, they tested it with there own Genesis (Same Model) and everything worked. So I believe it's the genesis itself. But I am switching to a CDX anyway, so I'll be alright. When I get it I will let you know if anything changes (If the 32X sound works).

  • @JerryTerrifying Sorry if I don't make to much sense, I'm not quite sure what to call everything lol.

  • Is the end of the Sega CDX power supply a brick or a simple plug?

  • It's a brick. And I'd recommend using the exact model AC adapter with it. Since the CDX is expensive and rare you wouldn't want to risk blowing a fuse or fusing capacitor.

  • Thanks =P. I'm glad the guy I bought this from included the original CDX power supply then. I was so glad to have gotten one for a cheap price of $35 with the proper cables included.

  • (Online that is...)

  • You have no idea how insanely jealous I am!

  • with the version 3 web browser....are u still able to surf the net at all?

  • You can surf the web with all the web browsers. The thing is version 3 is the only one that works with the Broad Band Adapter. Which is a hell of a lot easier than finding a free dial up ISP. But I can't find the damn version 3 web browser. And when I bought one on ebay they sent me a cracked disc. I tried burning it but it won't work. Some shit just won't work when I burn it.

  • but as for my setup sadly i would have to use the broadband adapter cause i only have acces to cat5e on my home network :( so other than the adapter i guess i need the ver.3 disc also lol

  • the next time i send out a package i'll see if i can send u that knob for the master system controller

  • That would be tremendously bad ass.

  • i regret ever selling my master system 3D glasses ughh :( the things ypu will do to pay bills :(

  • the sega master system was a truly power base system cuzz ,it had better graphics, sound, hicher speed, rgb output and a card input unlike it,s competitors.

will the sms cartrides are small, they do,nt have labels and do,nt have a nice picture of each game on it, so you can,nt see what they,re you got to read it,they just look boring.

  • You sound like you are chewing gum the whole video. I can hear you smacking, it is nerve racking. So don't chew gum or smack your lips, that would make you sound more professional.

Also don't zoom in so much when trying to view the whole item. Only zoom in when you're showing a particular part. (Classic Game Room made the same mistake a few times).

Get a tripod to avoid movement issues and to avoid needing to sit the camera down.

All these I think would make your videos more professional.

  • The camera is on a tripod but it's a tiny tripod. I did notice the issue but I don't have any cash right now to go out and get a full size tripod. So I'm definitely aware of the problem and also surprised you're the first to mention it.

So I'm all the way zoomed out it's just I have to keep the tripod sort of close on that little table Because I had no where higher to sit it.

I'm thinking of doing a similar video for Nintendo stuff but will resolve those issues first.

  • I prefer the Model 2 Sega CD. I like how it is longer as apposed to taller.

The 32x actually looks better with the model 2 genesis. It will fit "snugly" if you had the spacer.

And thanks for mentioning the Japanese memory cards work on the US Sega Saturn, I'm going to go grab one now.

  • I know about the space but finding them is a whole other story. All Saturn hardware is compatable across all regions. The Japanese Memory cart is definitely the way to go. The third party ones blow.

  • Comment removed

  • 51 minutes of sega awesomeness... I'm having a nerdgasm!

  • Glad you're enjoying it! :)

  • Wow, I can't believe I just made it through this entire video.

What's funny is that I own most of those consoles. I have the Saturn, both models of Genesis and CD and a Dreamcast.

    Anyways, great great company.

  • looking for a sega saturn myself damn hard to find a good deal over here

  • @KieranD212

Some of the places to check out may be any thrift stores in your area and possibly outside of your town.

You never know what you may find and usually the stuff that's there can be had for pennies on the dollar.

  • In general there used to be tons of local games stores in the UK but now its just cash convertors with the odd someone traded in thing

charity shops may be a good option so is car boot sales but living in glasgow there isnt really a lot of car boot sales

ebay is like most of the time the easiest place to look

thanks for the tips appreciate it man

  • EPIC, i like the master system it had superior hardware and games to the NES just didnt have the developers due to the nintendo licensing.

Extreme review took a while to watch but DAMN that was impressive, very detailed and relaxed which is what i love in a review.

Hate biased fanboys or people who joke to much i just want to know about the pros and cons and a bit about the console in a relaxed video.

The sega megadrive/genesis pads work in the master system.

The other consoles spot on too.

  • I've got both models of the SEGA Genesis as well.

I use the model 1 more than the model 2 though.

They both work great 100% with no problems.

The white colour on the 16 BIT letters on my Model 1 are gone, and the SEGA Genesis Logo on my Model 2 is faded quite a bit.

  • I've been using the model 2 and model 2 CD for a while. But since I finally got my model 1 Sega Cd last week I switched to that combo.

  • How do you open the cd drive on a generation 1 sega genesis w/cd mega drive?

Believe it or not I used to know how but now I can't figure it out and I want to play Sewer Shark once more.

  • @meanmopar426 Turn it on an hit Reset, then put the disc on the tray and hit start on the controller. I was confused when I first got it home to look at it and it didn't have any buttons on it. Hahaha.

  • Awesome video.

I am trying to get a good deal on the SEGA CD and the SEGA 32x.

  • 1: i totally aggree with u on the mega cd/saturn comment,,100%

2: your sega collection is like identical to mine, except the pioneer laseractive,, and i doubt ill be getting one of those anytime soon

3: i have the planetweb browser3 ,, i can connect my dc to the pc and upload the jpegs onto the vmu but still having issues getting the thing online,, maybe we can help each other there...

anyway ,, great vid,, enjoyed it.. even though i dozed off and had to rewind it..

  • Are you using a BBA with your planetweb browser or are you doing that DC - PC server...thing?

Yeah the Laseractive is super rare...I keep my collection American so that it's easier to say it's complete :P Once you get into collecting imports collecting starts getting expensive. So I doubt the LA was ever released in Australia so I wouldn't worry about it.

All the systems in this video were my spares except the GG, SMS, SCD1 and PBC. How many doubles do you have of systems?

  • And oh no! I'm putting people to sleep!

I really want to finish off my Sega hardware collection and get a SMS model 2, Nomad and Model 3 Genesis. Someday I hope they pop up online or locally on Craigslist.

I just got that SCD1 last week..it came with the model 1 Genesis and 32X...all the wires, all the AC adapters and had a copy of Sol Feace in it. Paid $20 bucks for it all. Having the SCD1 is why I made this huge video lol. Im super excited to finally have one :P

  • i might of dozed off but at least i rewound it and watched it again,, it was around the time u brought out the dc..

as u know everything i have is pal..

ok 4 Dreamcast's... 8 Saturns,, 2 model 1 mega drives.. 2 model 2 mega drives.. 2 GG's,,its on on my channel i just don't add how many doubles i have p,s no nomad??.. and don't u hate how sensitive the CD player is on the Multimega (cdx) its a real bitch aye..mind you the model 2 mega CD was our main CD player for about 3 years..

  • I was so video gaming ignorant growing up. Back then it was all word of mouth and game magazines. None of my friends were huge into games and I never was that aware of gaming magazines. So I never really knew about Sega beyond the Genesis itself. Never really knew about the SCD or the 32X. Damn shame.

That's awesome that you used the SCD as your primary CD player.

  • The problem is that when we had it.. it plugged into the hi fi vcr and then into the amp and for some reason was a little bit quieter than like records etc,,

but i have many memories of dad calling me downstairs into the lounge so i could put music on for him to cook dinner too.. as he diddnt know how it worked... looking back i still wonder why,, i mean it was a model 2 mega cd.. oh and as far as magazines...

  • cool vid.

I want a Sega CD...but just havent gotten around to getting one...trying to find one cheap.

    lots of great systems.

  • You might want to consider buying untested/broken Sega CDs. That's how I got my first 2. One of them worked but the motor makes a bad noise but other wise works great. The second one didn't power on which is a super easy fix. You just need to replace a fusing capacitor. Those can be bought online for a few bucks.

Those 2 SCDs cost me $15 each. Usually on ebay I see them go for like $50 - $75 ish. Which is out of the question...as much as I love the SCD. And always check craigslist!

  • I am waiting to hear back about one on Craigslist...its boxed with a model 2, instruction and games....the person is only asking $25...lol

    Thanks for the tips.

  • @JerryTerrifying

What kind of noise is the motor making?

You might be able to seep in A LITTLE BIT of oil into the sleeve bearing and the shaft on the top of the motor. That may help in quieting the motor down and improve its function.

I emphasize "a little bit" because that's all that's needed; too much can be bad, if not worse, than not enough in this case.

And use oil of light-to-medium viscosity, such as Zoom Spout or even low viscosity motor oil. Never use sprays (WD-40, et al.)

  • @JerryTerrifying

    Need to clarify.

Oil should be sparingly placed where the shaft meets the sleeve bearing on the top of the motor. You can work the oil in by spinning the shaft.

Again, use only a little; too much will result in a mess.

And, use light-medium viscosity oil; do not use spray solvents.

  • I'll dig that Sega CD out and make a video of it so you can hear the sound it's making. I also have another Sega CD with issues that I've already recorded a video about...so I'll just combine them into one video. Maybe you'll have an idea as to what's wrong with that one too. :D

  • me want your copy of snatcher! :P

totally agree that it's (almost) justifiable to buy snatcher for the prices we see them go for... maybe not $150 but around 100 would be completely understandable. it's a very unique and interesting game. Really look forward to getting my own copy but it'll be hard to buy some of the new games coming out for PS3 soon and to buy some of the awesome rare sega cd games i want :)

  • I've never seen Snatcher go for more than about $125. My copy, minus that tear on the front cover, is very very mint. The auction ended at $86 plus $4 shipping for a nice round $90.

I saw one end after I got my copy at like $65 bucks. Now would be the time to get it online. With the "economic down turn" people are selling off their shit and people aren't bidding stuff up as high. I've been getting a ton of bargains lately because of that. So once things settle the price will only go up.

  • yeah i typically don't care for auction style and try to find a buy it now for a reasonable price... but all the buy it nows on ebay are around $150+

a few auctions so maybe I will watch them and see how they go... also trying for a popful mail :)

  • I used to feel the same way when I first started buying shit online..but the auction experience can be amazing. You get a lot of shit for great deals with auctions. With BIN it's just what the seller deems its worth..with an Auction you get lucky some times. Especially if you bid low and often.

  • yeah i found something I want bad and it's low ..but 2 days to go.. *crosses fingers*

  • I remember getting my Sega Genesis and GameGear for Xmas when I was younger. Golden days of gaming. Great video Jerry

  • very cool video, getting my 32x soon. and man that CDX looks sweet. but out of my price range ATM.

I'm currently collecting/buying Sega Consoles. this video is an awesome watch for me!

  • Yeah the price is nuts for the CDX but someday when you can afford it...it really is a good show piece. Conveniant, slick and totally functional.

Yeah it was late 2006 or so when I got bit by the Sega bug. You can actually look at my old video blogs and see when I did get my first Genesis. :) That's actually when I went from aving a NES/SNES/ps1/PS2/Gamecube to all the consoles I have now. Luckily I most of them at great prices on ebay/amazon/craigslist.

    Always check craigslist!

  • Boy oh boy! Can you gab! =P

I can't believe watched the whole video!

Even though i knew all this information, it was interesting nonetheless. Good job!

  • That's awesome. :) I've decided to use my ability to make long videos to the fullest. So that I stand out amongst the other youtubers in the gaming community. So I'm really glad people do watch them all the way through.

You know you just kind of assume everyone has no attention span and can't stick around for a 50 minute video about Sega stuff. :P

  • Jerry:I shall wish you luck! IMHO human beings have the attention span of a dead squirrel. Your decision to make long videos could be a perilous one. In general, the attention span of an adult is about 20 minutes. The only way to garner a person's undivided attention is to plan your scripts & plan it well. Add a bit of humour here & be engaging (refer to Machina's youtube channel). On a side note, I saw you had Mega Bomberman. Do you come across complete copies in your kneck of the woods?

  • Okay bud, I'm gonna start watching now.

I'll comment after im done watching it.

  • On the Jaguar carts, he meant that HUGE handle on the top of it. Oh, and great video. 5 stars and favorited :)

  • Nahh he shows him in the video trying to take the Genesis cart out but he can't because of the lack of a handle sarcastically. But there is infact a grip for taking the carts out. And it irks me :)

  • Everyone's got their complaints, haha.

  • Dude so weird I just uploaded a Sega Genesis Model 1 video. Excellent!
