you can buy the raw casting but you have to machine it your self search kens model engines hes the guy that bulit these

i just tried to find it again, maybe what i found was wrong but everybody seems to say between 6-8 horses.. i swore i saw one with a blower putting out around 30..

yeah, did you get a look at the crankshaft? the stroke is laughable. haha i'd say 6hp. but this sounds better than most 6hp motors
