man my car problem is that when the rpm comes to 3000 it start geting down and up down and up do u think it is the valve body

Is or me or does it shift smoother and keeps RPMs higher ? I need this MOD along with tranny cooler ASAP as I have a built motor and a vf52 and don't want to spend another 4k on getting a new tranny
