Cylinder UFo filmed over Guadalajara Mexico ?

I study ufos and encounters and what drives me nuts is all of this footage from Central America of balloons and balloon chains. Its a flying humanoid, its an orb, it is a cylinder made up of many ufos! To be a ufo it must show behavior that cannot be replicated by known technology. The one ufo I saw followed and mimicked a jet landing then reversed course at a 45 deg angle and slowly flew out into space until it disappeared into the stars. That is a UFO folks.

Seems they can be white, black, or with lights/ a strobe... i think it depends on what activity they are performing..
