This was represented wrong. I have a family member who works as an account manager for FedEx. This guy works from home and has a trampoline on the other side of the fence. The drivers are instructed to toss packages over the fence. However FedEx corporate does not approve of this, as this was an agreement between drivers and the home owner.

yeah so i work at a company like this and he was actually very nice to that package next to how they are normally unloaded, sorted and then loaded again. Go to the store and pick up your TV and dont expect someone else to treat it as good as you would treat it. When you have over a thousand packages to unload in an hour or have to deliver a few 100 packages a day during peak every single one of you out there would be tossing packages.

I work for fedex. I can say people that load or unload do not give two giggling shits about your mail. At least in my hub. That is because regular package handlers get paid shit for the amount of work they get paid. I think this happened around christmas season so I KNOW this guy had alot of stress to deliver or have a bad employee report. The more people order online the more stress put on the regular package handlers and delivery guys like this. If caught I will say their are consequences.

I am one of those peons, I mean package handlers you're talking about who is lucky/unlucky enough to get hired and the pay is garbage. But think about this: There's a gate there that obviously isnt open. Im sure he didn't just walk up and throw the monitor over the gate without first ringing the bell. Maybe the person on the other end of the intercom abused the S##T out of him? Maybe they left him waiting for an hour? Show the full picture before you judge

I order online ALL the time. Never had a damage. My online retailers do a pretty good job of packing. Thank you, to the man with the video tape! People like this should not be delivering packages! Video's like this popping up...perhaps things get better.

Every package that goes on those trucks is cataloged into their computer system and is noted to which truck its in and whose driving it. The guy knew exactly what he was doin and didn't care. Im so glad to see this. I used Fedex to send 7 boxes to Ireland from the UK. 5 never made it in one piece. My customer said they looked as though they had been used in a rugby match!! I lost over £300 as Fedex refused to pay anything back to me. Lack of evidence being the reason.
