I bet I'll get slated for saying this, but there were plenty of dodgy moments in his playing there. Timing wise it just wasn't tight at times. Those funk fingers do look awkward as hell, but even without them there were a notable number of slips, some pretty bad. I guess he doesn't really seem to be taking this performance too seriously though.

@daraghkinch Well, to be fair it is a demonstration type performance in a company music booth to prerecorded tapes, not a "proper" concert.

But yeah, Tony can be sloppy sometimes. I'll take that over technical perfection anyday when stacked against his career as a whole. Technically perfect bassists bore me to tears.
