In 1967 I was a young man of 18 and in my first professional band, a successful R&B act out of Toronto, Canada. R&B had been new to me, though -- I had come up through the Beach Boys and Beatles harmony school, and still felt an affinity for great pop tunes like this Cowsills' classic hit. Speaking as a professional of 40+ years, I offer my assessment that this video represents a *spectacular* reading of the family's hit. I salute them for their great history and for a job very well done!
