that reside in these basins. There is a variety of bird species (egret, killdeer,Black-necked stilt, Mallard depend on these basins for survival. Has the declaration addressed the environmental impact on the wildlife in the basins? Was a Environemental Impact Report submitted? Mitigation Monitoring Plan No. 121 states a pre-construction biological survey is to be submitted?

Crescent Retarding Basin City of Anaheim Tom Fazio, Fazio Golf Course Designers, Inc., will design the practice facility, including a driving range, chipping area and putting course, which will be located on the remaining 13 acres of Crescent Basin. Fazio will also construct a seven-hole, Par 3 golf course in Gilbert Basin, a 10-acre plot located between Crescent Ave. and the Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway.

Now they gotta bulldoze the park-for two years or more-to put in a parking lot and wasteful soccer fields that will only be used by the few. SUCH A SHAME TO LOSE THIS BEAUTIFUL WALKING PARK! It's one mile for each loop and my friends walk 5 loops=5 miles of relaxing walking around a beautiful lake full of migratory waterfowl. THIS IS A CRIME AGAINST THE PEOPLE. Vote these money-hungry officials out of office NOW!
