In my opinion, it just wasn't the same when Live Free or Die Hard came out a few years ago and Michael Kamen's awesome music wasn't in it. His music really made those first three movies every bit as much as the gunplay, explosions, and John McClane saying "Yippy kiyay, motherf****r".

Kamen's music is part of what makes Die Hard so special, it's not just a movie but an experience.
