You know, I was checking this tune out, and you might want to go to more of an Eb configuration if you know what I mean. You little finger on A string 6th fret. Then your ring finger on D string 6th fret. Then you index finger on the G and B strings of 3rd fret. Do that monotonous strum thing, and then wind up on like just an open F. I listened to this tune on yahoo music and I hear no minor chords. I don't know. See how it works.
