I had Vista for months before upgrading, it was really fast and the only BSOD's I got were due to corrupted hardware in my PC.
its not slow but its like getting errors every second. i runned it great with only single processor and 2gb of ram and my starting time was something 20-15seconds but there was only 1 problem, i had to fix my vista from cd at least once in a month so thats why i moved to win7

i have a Intel Core 2 Duo e6300 1.86 ghz , 2gb of ram , ATI HD RADEON 4850 512MB DDR3 and vista still lags on my pc it's not that is so slow but it lags and i hate it , it's driving me crazy!
But my Computer is Intel Pentium 4 1.5 Ghz and it doesn't lag and plus Core 2 Processors can handle more.Its probably because he ran out o f memory or something

maybe enable AUTO UPDATE to get the latest drivers no one knows how to update there computer these days thats why its getting slow it will be fast if people would know how to update there pc..

Yesterday i instaled Vista Ultimate x64 onm y laptop. I tested several games on it, several programs (what i ran on xp). I must say: Vista is slow for gamming (fps is worst than xp) and u can not run a lot of programs from XP (incompatibility).

if u want a fast vista, just use vLite, my vista iso was only 673MB, it worked and had all uselss things removed
