Padre' Dressage at Devon In Hand Stallion Class

I had inquired about having Padre' in the 100/30 day Stallion test and was told he is unable to participate since I do not have a 3 generation pedigree for him. He has proven himself In Hand taking RGC to the 2010 # 2 & 3 Horse in the Country and defeating the 2009 Friesian & Andalusian HOY. This season he was named USDF/GAIG Grand Champion defeating Masterpiece, a Swedish Warmblood stallion from the leading USDF/USEF Dressage Breeder.

Are you going to have him inspected so he can be registered in a warmblood registry? Would give warmblood and sport horse breeders an option to breed to him.
