great cover but weak audience... they should stop doing private show in which nobody cares about them and should do more gigs for real fans instead :-/

@stinac I'm sure if the die hard fans could match the price The Killers ask for such gigs, then they would. The Killers are professional musicians. That means they play for money, the more the better. That's just reality, hope you can deal with it.

@charcas67 you're right, but playing the part of the "end career artists that can't make money in any other way" it's pretty sad and don't fix with the image that I have of The Killers, a great "hearted" band (for me the greatest one) for which music and fans are the most important things in the world... you need money? do more big concert, summer festival, etc. ... I don't think they're so desperate they have to accept this kind of shows full of money and no feelings... ;)

@stinac They've done a couple of festivals and a few one offs this year, but if they were to do a big tour right now before coming out with a new album, they would really be an oldies act as they would be touring without a new album to promote and new material to play. Doing a few one offs and corporate gigs (they seem to play for tech firms) is a good way to generate some revenue during the hiatus. I'm sure when the new album comes out (hopefully next year) their shows will be for the public.
