I used to have the VHS of this volume when it was called Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and it didn't have the 1993 promo on it. It had previews for Disney's Favorite Stories and Winnie the Pooh Learning collection before the 1986 Walt Disney Home Video (Wikipedia says that VHS had the 1991 WDHV logo with blue background but my copy had the 1986 logo instead)

Maybe I'm wrong on this one, but wasn't it actually James Baskett who sang the Laughing Place song? Johnny Lee had to take time off to do a side project, so Baskett filled in for him during the making of that scene.

Well, from VHS tapes I have evry single one, including the one from the original "I Love to Laugh" release. You are gonna have to dig deep into my videos to find them, though. As of June 23rd, 2009, they are on page 17 of my videos.
