Americans love this shitty stuff. Gales 99 is right. Bush destroyed the country with his partners in crime by going to war with innocent countries. Total bullshit. The evil does not lie in other parts of the world. He was in your white house for 8 years
i still remember where i was when this commercial aired on that superbowl sunday. i was at work. myself and one other guy i was working with at the time just stoped dead in our tracks. and didnt say a word til after the commercial.
of course its a bloody commercial - "did you see that budweiser 9/11 tribute? wasn't it great? i think i will buy more of their products now since they are such a nice company." and that's exactly what they were trying to achieve.
it is sad that such a great corporation as anheuser busch succumbed to money...it was a great AMERICAN icon...it takes the beauty out of the entire tribute to 9/11
@laurawhitetail As it was said before, they only aired it once so they wouldn't profit from it. This wasn't so much a commercial as it was a message of solidarity and support as well as sympathy to those who lost their loved ones.
reading everybodys comments were the only thing that made me cry. apparently 95% of you havent figured out 9/11 was an inside job! i guess that is proof that beer has had its desired effect on the people.
There was nothing tragic about 9/11. The real horror came after as America was destroyed by its leaders and spread terror over the world. The advert is just typical America fluff. Show REAL respect by stopping the fake war on terror.
@timeforrupert1 a lot of people died due to the fact humanity refuses to do anything to stop pointkless death no matter what anyone wants to debate what happened that day. Leave it at that and take the conspiracy chatter elsewhere.
I cry watching it... my dad walked out of that building 5 minutes before the plane came i am lucky but to those who where not these horses bow to you and your family... and AMERICA
@mustang4254 I am American, and I'm not a fucking idiot, you ignorant pig. This is a retarded commercial. If they want to pay tribute to those lost on 9/11, make it short and simple. The whole horses into the city is a silly load of horse shit, pun intended.
I may have been only 7 when 9/11 happened, but I still show respect for those who died. I now understand what happened, just not why. This commercial shows that we should always remember those who died because of someone who wanted to prove America couldn't be touched by war or terrorism. I will never forget what I saw on the news and I will honor my friend's parents who lost their lives in that building. May David and Linda Daniels live on in my friend's memory and heart.
Oh my goodness! Wow this is amazing. I started crying watching it. 9/11 was a tragic event and it is wonderful how Budweiser made this in honor of those who died in it.
I found the commercial on youtube and cried my eyes out. I showed it to my Mom i thought i was going to have to commit her she cried so hard. Beautiful commercial.
It was during the Super Bowl ten years ago this month when that commercial aired. I was at a crowded and very noisy Super Bowl party that suddenly grew quiet when we saw the Clydesdales make their way over the Brooklyn Bridge. When the horses faced the site of the WTC and bowed, there were a few gasps, some tears and a few wows. As someone, who lost a relative during the attacks, it wasn't a commercial...it was a gift.
Every year Budweiser makes some of the best Superbowl commercials. This video isn't funny like the other ones, but it's not supposed to be, it's meant to acknowladge a tragic event. It doesn't deserve to be compared to the other ones because its in a class all of its own.
I didn't lose anybody in these attacks, and I honestly couldn't stop the hairs from crawling up on the back of my head. I don't care what happened or what didn't happen or what's conspiracy and what's truth, well, I do, but the most important thing is that the victims rest in peace. An attack on civilians by anybody is disgusting. My heart goes out to families of these attacks, even around 11 years from then.
Its a tribute to those who lost thier lives on that sad day and for all of us who served regardliess if you think this was sad or not leave it to us who have hearts it must be hard being you.. you would definately think otherwise if it wer ur family in them towers!!!! I would take a another bullet for my country anyday!!!!
i didnt cry............sorry if you take offence but i didnt really find anything sad with the comercial, sure 9/11 was a very very tragic event and i have respect for the men and women that died during the time but i just cant cry to the comercial, just not sad enough for me
Those Clydesdales & Budweiser are as AMERICAN as apple pie. They could have left the logo out & most people would have known it was them anyway. I'm in advertising & know how costly it is, they dropped money on this ad that only aired once to show support for America.
Regardless of whether you think 9/11 was a conspiracy or not, this is not the place to discuss it. This video is meant to pay respect to those who lost their lives, please leave it that way.
Love horses, have a few of my own including a colt now, and have seen these huge guys in person several times. They are amazing. The Clydesdales are so linked in ppl's minds to the beer that it would have been classy if they they had left the word Budweiser off the end of the ad. It did have me in tears for sure. well done and gets right to the heart strings!
Broke down in tears at this. I think my roommate thinks there's something wrong with me... Anyway, thanks for posting this. It is unbelievably touching. It's a shame that it took such a horrible event to unite the US and renew our sense of patriotism.
911 predictably DOUBLED defense spending at a time when people were thinking America no longer needed a huge military cos the Cold war had been over 10 years. It allowed US to militarily entrench ourselves right where the world's energy resources are concentrated (something we wanted to do for decades). What would defense spending be today with no 911?Why would we need a huge military?Who would the enemy be?Of course,it was an inside job.Start asking questions & their story falls apart.Try it.
You 2 are pricks for saying things like that when others are moaning for the lost of thousands of lifes! If you remember about the plane that crashed in PA, it was headed to the Whitehouse! And on 9/11/93. The twin towers were attacked, and Bush was not in office. If you want to be anti-Americans, then LEAVE MY COUNTRY!!
I think this aired more than once... it doesn't make Bud any money to air a commercial. Very moving though. Such a sad day was 9/11. But a sweet tribute by Budweiser and the beautiful Clydesdales.

@nana94533 thank the ad designers with psyche degrees who are paid millions to emotionally manipulate your minds, they can even make an ad to make bin laden a saint
you people don't want the facts you just want someone to relieve your troubling conscious so you can go back to drinking beer and whacking off to late night cable
@godscuttingyoudown What and be like you? Hell No! YOU on the other hand can give god a helping hand and remove yourself from this mortal coil. Don't worry, we won't miss you.
@godscuttingyoudown I understand completely, and strongly disbelieve that Al Quida was directly responsible. Bush was a terrible President for a reason. He started a war for non-existant weapons and warheads.
when i saw this comercial, i was at a bar with many people, drinking laughing yelling, when this comercial came on it started to get silent, then i started to notice, that tears were falling from people, including myself, there was not a dry eye in the place, a truly classic piece of work
@Noobkilla99786 - it isn't supposed to link to Beer. It is a tribute to 9-11. It was tasteful and respectful of the people who died that day and the days after.
@bugsy1297 Of all the beer commericals, this is my personal favorite. It was such an honorable commerical of showing respect to those who died that tragic day. It makes me cry.
@Noobkilla99786 It has *nothing* to do with beer. It was a tribute to 911. It was the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales going to Ground Zero. They bow their heads in silent tribute to all those who died, all those who were lost. Nothing to do with beer, just respect.
ther eis one thing that i just cant get out of my mind folks. and its this, how is it that americans who love thier nation and want to show affection and love to it (Bud) cant make a video about 9-11 but there can be a mosque built just blocks from where it all happened? yes i understand that there are good muslims out there but if they were truely godod and cared about the us in anyway shape or form, they would have moved it. to hell with political correctness.
Iraq was about Oil you idiots that say that are stupid.. we didnt get a quart of oil out of Iraq even though they should have paid us back in oil..and Afghan has no oil wow some fucking idiots out there.
Screw you all that say this is bull shit served in the army 20 years and this an awesome tribute by Bud...Thank you Bud may we never ever forget our brothers and sisters who died that day. God bless America.
no see i personally TOTALLY support the troops. planning on enlisting when i turn 17. but im saying even if you disagree with what decision your country decides to make then you should still support the men who stand guard every day. you should support the troops that fulfill the mission that the leaders see fit and if you dont see the war fit then write and speak your mind (1st amendment). and if enough ppl disagree politicians should change to what the people want (they dont but they should)
@TheJeffNasty yes i agree. i also think that it should have aired a lot more. the people who gave their lives deserve our respect and admiration. we don't always have the ways to show them. acts like these give them that respect. police and fireman didn't hesitate to enter those burning towers and many paid with their lives. if the commercial makes a profit then give it to those families who lost their loved ones
Just stop. "Let's send blessings to the Middle East." Your an idiot. You obviously have nobody close to you there. My dad was over there for FIVE YEARS! He came home for maybe 9 months. Once you've gone through having a family member there for that long, not knowing if you'll ever see them again, then you can still bless the middle east. Until then, just shut up.
@254Thunder And if the Middle East was as blessed as us we would not have to have our families there. If all we spout is hate, anger and war then we are destine to live with hate, anger and war.
I have never seen this before, it is moving. Those horses and those that handle them they are not about the beer in the truest sense of it all. Honor was paid but many will never understand that, and I refuse to have anything to do with haters sad but there are many.
This is an amazing video, it really touches my heart. My friends have retired Budwiser horses. They are amazing, and they can kneel like those ones. xD
This is an amazing video, it really touches my heart. My friends have retired Budwiser horses. They are amazing, and they can kneel like those ones. xD
@kyleelliott90 Yeah but it's a horse kneeling. Kneeling because it was trained to do so not because it suddenly had an emotional out pouring of patriotism.
I stumbled across this video purely by accident, and I am thankful that I did. I wasn't aware of it at all. Growing up my father drank Budweiser and their commercials always had the Clydesdale horses in them. We were always anxious for a new commercial. This one is absolutely in a class of it's own delivered with class and integrity and above all else RESPECT. I had tears as if the Hoover Dam broke.
@2003jokercal So, if i am a moron then i declare you a dumb ass. You don't know anything about me or my views. I don't give a shit if what you think is true, because I don't believe you, i don't care to hear your theories either. All i stated was my opinion, don't make an assumption about me since you know nothing about me. "Sad to say your the Moron , the "useful idiot" as they call them." Sad to say your a dumb ass, and we don't need anymore of them.
328 morons didn't like this video. It's a wonderful video. I come back often to watch it. God Bless America! And last, God Bless those who died on that horrific day, 9-11-01.
@4everBeeGs If I died in the 9-11 attack and I am not a Christian do I have to have a blessing from your god? What if I don't believe in god? Maybe if we sent blessings instead of bombs overseas things like this wouldn't happen. America has blessings to spare. Goddess bless the Middle East!
I find this video beautiful. It's simplicity at it's finest yet speaks volumes about cherishing and preserving what this Country was founded on... LIBERTY. Me being service member and a wounded veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Anheuser–Busch is a huge supporter of our military and USO, contributing monetary donations to support them, and for that, I applaud them. How many people can actually say they helped a veteran other than by placing a magnet on their car?
@MrJohanasBilderberg Your words speak to your mentality. A beer commercial about a national tragedy says a lot! I am an American and you certainly can NOT speak for me! That is part of being an American....not a sheep.
@MrJohanasBilderberg Again, my right as an American. Didn't really discuss any theories but I wouldn't waste my time trying to have a discussion with someone who has a limited mental capacity. Good try there trooper. Hope you do well in school this year, and don't give up, eighth grade wont last forever.
@MrJohanasBilderberg No, not really. It's just when you throw language such as "faggotry" into your argument it loses validity and implies that you are either young in years or green in debate.
@j9lomina Oh wow. Is this all you do? Pick fights with people on YOUTUBE. I mean, come on, get a life. The only reason I am saying this, is beause Im sick. Mostly sick of you trying to be all arguemental!! Just leave everyone alone. And try to get a life!! Everyone has their own opinions, just leave them be. Almost every single post I have seen so far has been by you. SO just, shut up, get a life, and stop argueing with people on YOUTUBE. I mean, come on. How childish are you?
@DragonballLuv3r Debate is a way of learning. The exchange of opinions can help me see things from a view other than my own and flesh out what is behind the thinking. Discussion and learning end when language such as "faggotry" is used. You are certainly correct though, youtube is probably not the place to find good healthy differences of opinion. I currently live in an isolated area and sometimes just want to hear what other people are thinking. Childish? Maybe the venue, yeah.
Well played Budweiser, well played.

Very Good video :) , But how does this link to Beer?
Noobkilla99786 1 month ago
@Noobkilla99786 - it isn't supposed to link to Beer. It is a tribute to 9-11. It was tasteful and respectful of the people who died that day and the days after.
bugsy1297 1 month ago 2
@bugsy1297 Of all the beer commericals, this is my personal favorite. It was such an honorable commerical of showing respect to those who died that tragic day. It makes me cry.
MechaTailsMK2 1 month ago 26
@Noobkilla99786 It has *nothing* to do with beer. It was a tribute to 911. It was the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales going to Ground Zero. They bow their heads in silent tribute to all those who died, all those who were lost. Nothing to do with beer, just respect.
Tigerman1138 1 month ago
I agree, this is a very tasteful and respectful commercial, those who are against it will find any reason to dislike something.
ACretens 1 month ago
ther eis one thing that i just cant get out of my mind folks. and its this, how is it that americans who love thier nation and want to show affection and love to it (Bud) cant make a video about 9-11 but there can be a mosque built just blocks from where it all happened? yes i understand that there are good muslims out there but if they were truely godod and cared about the us in anyway shape or form, they would have moved it. to hell with political correctness.

no see i personally TOTALLY support the troops. planning on enlisting when i turn 17. but im saying even if you disagree with what decision your country decides to make then you should still support the men who stand guard every day. you should support the troops that fulfill the mission that the leaders see fit and if you dont see the war fit then write and speak your mind (1st amendment). and if enough ppl disagree politicians should change to what the people want (they dont but they should)

TheJeffNasty 2 months ago
@TheJeffNasty yes i agree. i also think that it should have aired a lot more. the people who gave their lives deserve our respect and admiration. we don't always have the ways to show them. acts like these give them that respect. police and fireman didn't hesitate to enter those burning towers and many paid with their lives. if the commercial makes a profit then give it to those families who lost their loved ones
denisjl100 2 months ago

@j9lomina
254Thunder 2 months ago
@254Thunder And if the Middle East was as blessed as us we would not have to have our families there. If all we spout is hate, anger and war then we are destine to live with hate, anger and war.

I have never seen this before, it is moving. Those horses and those that handle them they are not about the beer in the truest sense of it all. Honor was paid but many will never understand that, and I refuse to have anything to do with haters sad but there are many.

4everBeeGs 2 months ago 2
@4everBeeGs If I died in the 9-11 attack and I am not a Christian do I have to have a blessing from your god? What if I don't believe in god? Maybe if we sent blessings instead of bombs overseas things like this wouldn't happen. America has blessings to spare. Goddess bless the Middle East!
j9lomina 2 months ago
I find this video beautiful. It's simplicity at it's finest yet speaks volumes about cherishing and preserving what this Country was founded on... LIBERTY. Me being service member and a wounded veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Anheuser–Busch is a huge supporter of our military and USO, contributing monetary donations to support them, and for that, I applaud them. How many people can actually say they helped a veteran other than by placing a magnet on their car?

To all the people arguing politics and/or conspiracy theories on a beer commercial about a national tragedy.
I feel qualified to speak on behalf of our great nation to respond in a manner you may understand.
Fuck you and your mom.
Thanks.

@MrJohanasBilderberg Hell yeah man tell it to those assholes.
Amanofwords1 2 months ago
@MrJohanasBilderberg Your words speak to your mentality. A beer commercial about a national tragedy says a lot! I am an American and you certainly can NOT speak for me! That is part of being an American....not a sheep.
j9lomina 2 months ago
@j9lomina
I do not care what crackpot theories you believe. My issue is in your choice to expound upon such faggotryon the internet.
MrJohanasBilderberg 2 months ago
@MrJohanasBilderberg Again, my right as an American. Didn't really discuss any theories but I wouldn't waste my time trying to have a discussion with someone who has a limited mental capacity. Good try there trooper. Hope you do well in school this year, and don't give up, eighth grade wont last forever.
j9lomina 2 months ago
@j9lomina
Then why the hell did you respond?
Chip on your shoulder much?
MrJohanasBilderberg 2 months ago
@MrJohanasBilderberg No, not really. It's just when you throw language such as "faggotry" into your argument it loses validity and implies that you are either young in years or green in debate.
j9lomina 1 month ago
@j9lomina
One cannot debate fucktards. One can only laugh and point at them.
On that note, HA.
MrJohanasBilderberg 1 month ago
@j9lomina Oh wow. Is this all you do? Pick fights with people on YOUTUBE. I mean, come on, get a life. The only reason I am saying this, is beause Im sick. Mostly sick of you trying to be all arguemental!! Just leave everyone alone. And try to get a life!! Everyone has their own opinions, just leave them be. Almost every single post I have seen so far has been by you. SO just, shut up, get a life, and stop argueing with people on YOUTUBE. I mean, come on. How childish are you?
DragonballLuv3r 2 months ago
@DragonballLuv3r Debate is a way of learning. The exchange of opinions can help me see things from a view other than my own and flesh out what is behind the thinking. Discussion and learning end when language such as "faggotry" is used. You are certainly correct though, youtube is probably not the place to find good healthy differences of opinion. I currently live in an isolated area and sometimes just want to hear what other people are thinking. Childish? Maybe the venue, yeah.
