Very, very nice! No - your'e not Adele, but you add your own little touch to the song which is what you want to do when you do a cover of someone like Adele. I would suggest toning down on the reverb/chorus or whatever effect you added to the vocals. I want to hear your voice - which sounds like is plenty strong to carry itself without much in the way of effects.
