An older Colin who, presumably, has come to the same conclusion Stalin did in that "quantity has a quality all its own" and thus has never given away the "cheap, weak units" concept that in the games is explained as him being rich but inexperienced, thus his units are cheap but weak, as obviously he'd become massively overpowered if his units stopped being weak as he gained experience, but continued to be cheap, not to mention that he'd become too similar to Hachi were that to happen
