Why would that dr put in 6 (or probably 8 embryos in ) her from the same donor (according to Nadya) when the other 6 offspring have a 50% disability rate. One child has autisim, another is slightly autisitic (according to nadya), and one has ADHD. Now, the chance of a premie babie weighing less than 3 pounds has a 20-80% chance of getting CP I read. The odds are great that these babies will have serious disabilities.
A degree in counselling is'nt going to help support these kids, one person cant do it. My understand of IVF is that no more than 2-4 embryos are implanted depending on the age. Those are the standards set up by fertility doctors.
Government should be able to control the reproductive rights of those who receive taxpayer support. I have no problem with two children, but 14 or 8 or 6 is criminal.
If you disagree with gov't control of welfare mothers having baby after baby, then I want YOU to pay for them and leave the rest of us alone.

Why would that dr put in 6 (or probably 8 embryos in ) her from the same donor (according to Nadya) when the other 6 offspring have a 50% disability rate. One child has autisim, another is slightly autisitic (according to nadya), and one has ADHD. Now, the chance of a premie babie weighing less than 3 pounds has a 20-80% chance of getting CP I read. The odds are great that these babies will have serious disabilities.

the thing 4 me isnt the taxes, the money, having so many kids, or not having a partner. its that she already could not support her 6 children and CHOSE to make herself pregnant with 8 more. it wasnt some miracle, she physically put 8 fertilized eggs into her. i dont think god would smile at her getting pregnant UN naturally when she already has kids she cant feed without help. im sure the bible doesnt condone having children with strange men right? hey, u put the bible on the table ;)

why is this such a big deal? My grandmother had 12 kids, and her mother had 15...granted, they lived on a farm, and they didn't have 8 at once, and they didn't have IVF, but why should this woman be chastized for wanting a large family?
So, she may have financial trouble (don't we all???), but there are people who cannot seem to manage food and shelter for one or 2 kids, and this woman may have the chance to be a lucrative TV show down the road to help her income (think John and Kate Plus 8)

This is so similar to my ex fiance's mother, Lynn Griffith of largo, fl.6 kids in the g-parents house with only 3 bedrooms,kids sleeping with the parents, in the hallways.They even kicked my ex out of the house to make sure that the county would not take their kidsaway. This lady has the same crazy look in her eyes. What finally made my exs mom stop is she had a down's baby.Those poor grand parents were treated with no respect and lied about to those kids. My understand of IVF is that no more than 2-4 embryos are implanted depending on the age. Those are the standards set up by fertility doctors.
Government should be able to control the reproductive rights of those who receive taxpayer support. I have no problem with two children, but 14 or 8 or 6 is criminal.
If you disagree with gov't control of welfare mothers having baby after baby, then I want YOU to pay for them and leave the rest of us alone.

I believe government should be allowed to control the number of children someone on welfare, receiving MediCal/Medicaid, etc.can have (two is reasonable). If you disagree, I want YOU to pay for them.
