Don't get this phone. It sucks. It freezes a lot, you have to keep taking out your battery because it freezes up. I think it's just all Blackberry's because my storm does it to and my tour did it.

BlackBerry is over rated i wanted a iphone or BlackBerry so i picked a BlackBerry Curve because it was pay as you go when i got it home i found out it was shit i have not got a data plain so i hoked it up to Wi-Fi and i had nothing but problem ever m youtube would no work on it it keeps disconcerting and fucked up my Wi-Fi so i have to reset my BT home hub now i want to get ride off it and go back to my life before it but i opened it sop no refund

@DTF49 Dude get the Curve 8530!! Virgin Mobile for 35 a month...8330 has no WiFi, and it freezes way to much cant handle much either. Web pages are a bitch...go with the 8530 its the same fone but BETTER! it can handle a whole lot more and no freezing

Trust me the 8530 runs so smooth and the Mp3 player sounds so good the 8330 really sounds scratchy n noisy

Blackberry Curves are tough they can handle a lot of abuse

I have this phone, lol it been dropped in water, Sat in the snow for a few hours, Dropped of a window, basicly put through hell, ive had it for about 6 months, and It still works, only thing that sucks is the Ball sticks!!!

The trackball is an issue with these but its also very easy to replace. Ebay sells them along with the tool so no need to deal with sending the phone back or taking it somewhere for service.
