I saw this design in a news article thing online about holiday nail designs. i did my cousins nails like this, but i only got this far: one hand had only the outline left and the other was still just red. she got bored and didnt want to finish them. but i did make an example nail of this design (i use fake nails for designs and practicing).

@LimeGreenLov3 It depends on the brand of acrylic paint and how old it is... but I usually add water to mine to make it a little thinner and easier to work with. :))

I have a tip for you! when you make lines across the nail, your strokes are too short, which makes the line look sqiggly, so instead make one consecutive stroke, and moke your finger instead of the brush. :) I've noticed this for awhile, and it kinda bugged me. :P

@MissHazeleyed96 I find that technique a little harder when I use paint because it slips so easily across the surface of the nail polish and I usually mess it up...hah. But I agree, that does make the lines straighter and when I use polish that's usually what I do. :))
