it doesn't work from the first time. You have to do it a lot because it takes a lot of strenght of your upper legs. Just try to do it 10 times really fast after eachother and it should get better each time. Good luck!
hehe go for it lauretta.. don't forget to warm up though. I ended up in plaster because that little ball at the sole of my foot was cracked after that move ;-)
