i have relatives that have a case just settled which they opened over 20 years ago regarding compensation for personal damages aswell as damages through loss of income on a property. the property was legally theirs according to domestic and international law yet it took 20 years to settle it. thousands in legal costs aswell, it was a big gamble, if something belongs to you, it shouldnt take 20 years nor a gamble to invest in a firm to get your money.

Think of income tax and National insurance... lets say 30 million workers paying £200 a month (conservative estimate) = 600 million a month

properties (as i am having to) its not just the banks that

are causing the problem it is the landlords and managing agents

thinking for short term gain. Companies are disappearing at a

terrific rate due to this lack of negotiating for the long term.

As for accepting the 'system' I don't!
