coach i little lower with the mitt when you practice the weaves. aim for her chin you are going slightly high and get her to angle step off the weave just by steping around at the same time as weaving many coaches think they will hit the boxer if they dont weave in time but if the gaurd is up then they should catch the punch on the glove if they dont move fast enough and this is not a bad thing.
