@SonicShadow75 Well The Face of Bo from the new earth episode is said to be millions of years old, and jack wonders what will happen if he lives for a million years, then he says that when he was a posterboy in the boshane (actual spelling unknown to me) peninsula his nickname was 'The face of Bo'. So it's implying that that's what'll happen if Jack lives for a million years.

Simply.. if she looks tired.. then the people won't think she's up for doing the job. She'll loose the people backing her and they will oust her. Telling the aide... basically like starting a rumor.
