I have accidentally found this smelting place and the molten bridge, i was so annoyed by my group that i jumped into the lava from the dark anvil and started swimming, an oh look, there was an entrance to molten core and molten forge

you need to have 2 star rubies, 10 truesilver bars, and 20 gold bars and talk to one of the dwarves to give u the quest. once u see the quest giver, complete it and u can learn to smelt dark iron bars.

lol nice but i have a 60 preist that can get the the smelting place with out the fire res pot or the vanish, but i could never kill the 55elite fire guard guy infront of the dark forge, i was a holy preist at the time.
