  • Yeah I use to do this a lot combined with a wing chun woo sau and punch.

It's useful since you can't always anticipate what you opponent will throw at you and they won't be expecting a high and low attack at once combined with a block.

    Mice!

  • @Lukash636 I meant nice!

  • this channel is like rex kwon do - 'they come at you and you hit them and it's done'. 'you are in a crashing helicopter and you pull up the stick and you are ok' - they suck seriously, this fucking sucks.

  • what if you hav ba reflexes

  • If you want to know if "cqb32" is a liar, you can carefully read her statements, which have no basis in fact, stating things as fact that are un-knowable. She is a KB commando and hero to 10 yr olds. Check her page. Posts vids, but what are they? They are the vids of an insolent child. You must be VERY careful from whom you get self defense information. Like her, there are MANY, MANY frauds out there, with all their fairy tales and "pro advice" that will get you killed.

  • The best defense is to recognize a dangerous situation before it gets to someone punching you, and put space between you and the attacker. ALWAYS get your hands up in front of your face. Move away in a semi-circle....you can see where you are stepping...you likely have no idea what is behind you and may trip. In a perfect world, everyone would be taught how to defend themselves, starting at an early age, with periodic practice. Space is safety. keep it simple, stupid.

  • @kenfo0 XD you only state things to do before he punches you......what happens if he's throwing a flurry of punches at you. you either try to take him to the ground as you dodge his first punch by trying to weave out of it or as he punches go straight for his legs and subdue him. or actually try to fight this guy, most likely hes throwing a flurry of punches and you should side step or weave and just land a great hook, uppercut combo or so.

  • I agree with most the comments here. This is a poor concept for punch defense. Anyone who has done reality based training with aliveness will see the likely failure in the option. In a real combat situation moving back is usually a bad idea. Many of the top military and police CQB system ( U.S. and Israeli) are teaching to helmet and move forward engaging the attacker. When you put this to the test you will see it has a very high sucess rate. Again the video does not show sound combat principals

  • @CQB32 you are a jackass. the avg person should NOT move toward an attacker, as they are not trained. Stop pretending to be an expert on combat or self defense. You are a jackass who will get someone hurt.

  • @kenfo0 LOL u r a foolish I have years of experience and instructor certs from top Police and Military instructor programs to back me up. It is wanna b's like you that get people hurt. I train Federal, state and local Law Enforcement along with Air force, Marines and Navy personnel. Now let me teach u something, If attacker comes with punches and u move back he continues to attack...Hmm what have u accomplished...lol... u engage and control him then use violence.

  • @CQB32 nice try, nancy. I've accomplished a lot, boy. You, on the other hand, are just another KB commando, full of bar room tales, but short on reality. The only thing you could teach me about fighting is how to get yourself killed. Your advice is that of a posturing jackass, and so I said exactly that. Take your fake stories and try to impress some 13 yr old, shitbrick. BTW, nice channel jackass.

  • @kenfo0 U r truely r a fool. I have been in more real combat then u could ever imagine! lol what a goofball moron u must be not to agree with the worlds top military and law enforcement programs,Ii guess u know better the them right? u must be amazing maybe Seal Team 6 should hire u to train them. I can prove what I say, u are talking about theory I am based in reality well that what 25 years experience and U.S. and Israeli military and FBI instructors say. But I'm sure u know better. Hilarious!

  • @CQB Yes, I'm a fool, while you can't spell "truly". Now you up the ante by lying some more, pretending you have combat experience. First, you have no idea or any way to know if I've been in combat, little boy. Therefore, saying what you've said is CLEARLY false, AGAIN making YOU the fool. I am thrashing you verbally. You would fare SO much worse physically, you should just go cower in your closet now. I clearly know better, as I've argued fact.Go tell your fairy tales to a 10yr old, kiddie.

  • @kenfo0 lol we can all tell by ur remarks u r not a combat vet, u r a wanna be it is ok I understand. U r right about one thing anyone can say anything they want on here no way to know I have a metal of Valor, but can not prove anything to u here. So who really cares. I guess I am foolish for getting into this discussion with someone with nothing to offer. You have no sense of reality just so false hope installed in u by some "Dojo Commando" hope u never have to find out I am right I am.

  • @CQB32 Hmmm....now the "combat vet/spy/kungfu master who trains SeALS, police, and farmers" doesn't know that it is called "The MEDAL of Honor". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You are such a stupid, lazy jackass, little boy. You may have fooled a 10yr old somewhere, with your abject bullshit. I pegged you from the first post. That should concern you, but again, you are stupid. AAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @kenfo0 OMG u r that stupid...U really are a lame ass arent u!! lol Did I say from military...From Law Enforcement maybe u should ask I have been in more physical confrontations and deadly force situations then u could ever imganine tool. I have proven myself in the real world over and over and that is why I have so many cops and military personnel coming to me for training. Fact is I do not like to use the term, but I am a subject matter expert here, u r not...sorry. U pegged no one u r a fool!

  • @CQB32 "u r uh fule....ur dumm OMG! OMG!" spoken like the insolent teenager you are. you're done, shitbrick.

  • @kenfo0 Ignorance is not bliss...no wonder u act this way. See ya

  • @CQB32 more childish bullshit from the "super secret squirrel commando-training-gang spy". Your "professional advice" is absurd, and you quickly proved you are some insolent teenager typing from mommy's basement. Now shove off, shitbrick. Stop pretending, start living in the real world, jackass.

  • @kenfo0 I have given u far too much time, I wanted to help u see the reality of combat but u r stuck with ur silly ideeas and juvenile ideas. We can agree to disagree and I get paid well to teach is all I know. So I will apologize to u for being rude not usually how I roll on here, u just attacked my post. Regardless everyone has right to their opinion and u should be open to all of them. I am and I put them to the teat live. Thanks for the entertainment. Take care it's been fun.

  • @CQB32 but you haven't been in combat, little boy. it has NOT been fun for you. I dragged you around behind my chariot after slaughtering your pathetic attempt to mount a cheap attack. You are a teenager with "ass" videos on your channel. "combat combat combat"....."oh, i didn't say I was in the military in combat". pfffft. you are a stupid a-hole of a kid in mommy's basement. you write like it, you act like it, your explanation of how to deal with real world risk proves it, faggot.

  • @CQB32 you are not very intelligent, if you come towards me while i throw punches at you, your actually going to give more of an advantage seeing as i will already be throwing punches and you just will be closer. its as if your running into my punches XD. you don't lean back you weave your head towards the sides of his punch or punches, and then you give him either a good punch to the face, or yourush him to take him down, but im only assuming you WANT to fight him.

  • @CQB32 you only state things to do before he punches you......what happens if he's throwing a flurry of punches at you. you either try to take him to the ground as you dodge his first punch by trying to weave out of it or as he punches go straight for his legs and subdue him. or actually try to fight this guy, most likely hes throwing a flurry of punches and you should side step or weave and just land a great hook, uppercut combo or so.

  • @xxdrextonxx Well I can tell u we train live and the helmet works well. U helmet stuff his punches and clinch our establish some control. It is simple gross motor skills, primal instinct, fast with higher sucess rate then bob and weave evading punches. Then We use tactical aggression when we have control. Two guys both trowing punches is a 50/50 proposition bad odds and we never teach to punch to the head with closed fist hands break leaving u minus a weapon. This is modern military training!

  • @xxdrextonxx Nothing works better for a flurry of punches then a helmet defense. Very simular to what boxers and MMA fighter do to weather the storm. Differences is we need to turn the tide and establish control immediately so we helmet, control space, close and clinch/take down. Once u have control u can use violence to finnish, but it is stategic. The difference between boxing like u r saying and combatives is the stategy. What looks good in the ring or dojo may get u killed in the street.

  • @CQB32 but this is assuming you are being attacked off gaurd when you don't have a helmet or anything to protect yourself with, otherwise if you were to have a helmet yes you should definitely use it or a kinfe or gun to intimidate the attacker and if he really is to keep pushing the situation then you must either shoot him in the foot or cut him in the arm (not deep of course) just something so he can take into mind that you are serious about him not attacking you

  • @xxdrextonxx Ok first a helmet defense or block is not a helmet u wear it is a way of covering up to protect from a punch. Second shoot in the foot, cut the arm? what r u talking about. U better have a damn strong case for shooting someone only trying to punch u and at close range a gun is a terrible defense weapon. Don't bring a gun to a fist fight u have now turned it into a life and death situation as that gun is equally the attackers at close range. You have strayed from reality now!

  • @kenfo0 Something to consider Top Police and Military systems are teaching to helmet move inside and clinch or establish some type oh control. They have limited time to train yet they are able to learn this and use it effectively in a short amount of time. I found this to be true with my students. Moving away does not disrupt the pattern of attack. If the attacker comes from across the room maybe u can kick, but not reality punch comes from close and usually more then one... good luck with kick

  • @CQB32 I don't need luck, I am skilled. You are a poser. The VAST majority of people viewing this vid are unskilled and do not train in fighting. Pretending that "the military teaches 'x' to very fit young men who are actively training" translates to the avg person on the street proves you have no idea what you are talking about. "Creating space doesn't disrupt the pattern of attack....". Abject nonsense. If you can't hit me, there is no attack to worry about. Google harder, kid.

  • @kenfo0 u have just proven ur lack of knowledge. U admit ur theory rely's on skill...hmmm avg person does not have skill they need sound concept same for military and police, they are not really skilled I know I have been there and train them. The avg person will get hit unlike Grand Master Kenfo0. U r a traditional martial artist it seems, its art not combat u profess. U have not been in combat admit it. I have survived numerous deadly force encounters, u play combat video games I bet.

  • @CQB32 no, i have once again proven you a fraud and an idiot. The fact that I am skilled does not mean one has to be skilled to take my advice. And so you have failed miserably again, kid. I have verbally tossed you around like a ragdoll, and watched as you tripped over your giant clown feet while pretending to be a ballerina. You'd be better at being a ballerina, than at pretending to be knowledgeable about fighting. I'll respond to your other spammy mess, then no more for you, boy.

  • @CQB32 LOL wow are u for real...u can do the research for yourself and she what is being taught...it sure as hell is not a push kick def to punch...maybe by ringling bros. u know so little u have to tell me how u r beating me uop here, r u trying make me belive it or urself? fact is anyone with any combat experience and modern training will think u a fool. U have been spanked enough...take care

  • @kenfo0 also as you are creating this space as he is throwing punches at you...you are taking your self and making yourself off balanceand very easily to defeat, the best way as i said before is to either duck his first punch as its coming towards you and try to take him down and subdue them, while you are trying to call someone for help. or just weave/side step and land some good hard combo punches. backing up is what every little street fighter kid at my high does. a real boxer knows to weave

  • @xxdrextonxx you were talking to cqb, not me. I won't even entertain that mess you wrote.

  • Lol sure........ top of the line martial artist that have speed you couldnt even defend against, u couldnt even dodge it son...

  • the fighting methods that ive seen them show in these videos definitly arent the most effective ways of doing things if your under attack

  • 15 people got kicked in the nuts instead of the blatter

  • his fight lessons ain't very helpful. it does have many flaws in it O.O"

  • LOL "When he throws the punch...get out of the way."

  • side step... stamp on his knee... put him down... ... never tried it but its in a bruce lee book i was reading once

  • I would say this video is a big no. Step aside and use his momentum if your oponent is using a hard punch like that. If you fall backwards like that, you will have no force against him... Keep your guard up and don't put force against force. Full parrying is only effective in Hollywood. Direct his motion slightly if you must. Minimum damage on you, maximum damage on your oponent. If he hits with his right hand, move to your left and let him follow through, then you can get him out of balance

  • Fuck that, just OMEGA PUNCH him!

  • I would never take his advices seriously. Lacks everything.

  • Punch first!

  • basically a teep then? do a teep to either side of his hip

  • sway, its easyer

  • how about just kick in the balls?? Keeps you from "falling back". There's no sense in having a technique that backfires on you. No side effects to nut kicks. Just pain to the attacker. I'm watching all of your vids. This is great fun!

  • @bastonydaga At the time if they attacker is rearing to kick the shit out of you then his adreniline will be high. I know kicking in the balls works any other time but this time it probaly won't work lol. Throwing them off balance gives you time to either 1. FUCKING LEG IT or 2. Take them to the ground and kick some arse. :D

  • @Matty2k1k45 No. It works. Period. Adrenaline may subdue the pain, but it's not possible to neglect getting hit in the balls. The point I was making was the time it takes to pull a thrust kick isn't faster than that punch, and his weight is coming forward- that's counter productive to the thrust kick. May as well just flick your foot up into hiz nutz! You will produce a reaction that will give you time to "leg it" or enter for the counter or take down. Trust me, I know what I'm saying.

  • @bastonydaga

No. It doesn't work. I know. I've been hit in the balls very hard. And I did pass out or faint or even lose balance. Did it make it hard to breathe? Hell yes. But I still dished out one hell of an ass-kicking before calling the cops.

  • @TheLogicStick Ok. I hear what you're saying. My point is: You can't neglect getting hit in the balls- I mean there is a natural reaction EVERY time someone gets close to your boys. It doesn't mean it's a fight-ender-stop-all. But, as you said, makes it "hard to breathe". All I'm saying is it's easier to go to the groin than to do a thrust kick. And it buys you time to run, or fight. The fact that you dished out a butt-kicking last time means 'other guy' believes it's an end-all!

  • @bastonydaga

It all depends on the person, I wouldn't even waste my time kicking a person who has blacked out. They really won't feel it til afterwards. However, I see you're point. We were taught a combination move that actually involves the groin. Assuming you're put on the ground, the worst place to be in a life or death fight, you strike while rising (anyway possible): outward knee, groin, solar plexus, throat, chin. I've never used it, but I can't foresee it failing.. LOL

  • has anyone ever peed? no joke serious question

  • @Dallasarcher YEAH, IF THEY HAVE A FULL BLADDER, IT COULD HAPPEN. IT WILL ALSO HURT A HELL OF A LOT MORE.

  • bla bla bla...

why can't we see how the attacker in the video falls "knocked down" if it is so simple?

at least, show the working the next time, please

  • I can see this technique as being something useful to have in your toolbox for those times when you lean back instinctively, but I also see how you can be off balance. Punches are thrown in bunches and the attacker has storng forward momentum on his side that you will have to overcome. I think the kick is more effective if you kick lower to the knee or shin

  • you need to be tall for this to work =(

  • lol I love how his leg counter is faster than the person's jab, because of course you're always faster with your legs than your fists. Not to mention it's always easier to counter a punch than to throw it LOL. Pick any bar in america with an age limit above 21 and let me see you try that. Have you even SEEN a bar or a club fight EVER in your LIFE? How about the ring lol, any experience there? none huh? These poor kids watching this are going to get their asses handed to them.

  • cant see someone moving tht far back in time and if the person leans into the punch

  • I have seen this work before its more of a push though. id say its risky your off balance when you lean back and lift your leg.. i wouldn't try it unless you have practiced something like this for years. usually a street fight is in flurries the attacker isnt going to just throw just 1 punch. several will come right after the other so if that kick fails to knock him down.. your off balance and you risk being knocked down mounted and could be beat to death...

  • @cigma9

Then just go for the balls .

  • i allways walk away.safer

  • then u get punched in the back of the head and go into a coma

  • lol

  • right!

  • pussy.

  • at least show the contact point in the video

  • you need to win fights using your head (not as a weapon) bt you know people who know martial arts can still loose by people who are just street fighters

  • The techniques you show are very similar to the first manuals in the marine close quarters battle, is that what you are instructing? Very nice by the way. :-)

  • Martial arts isnt the way to win street fights dumb fucks, so even if you're trained in Karate for over 100 years, if someone throws a cheap hook to the temple from behind you, you're out.

  • yeah, because you could be the worlds best in karate and still wont stand a chance against a gun...

  • except bruce lee lol :)

  • bruce lee is superhuman...he doesnt count :p

  • well it seems like somebosy forgot about a great man named Chuck Norris

  • okay then.........

LIST OF PEOPLE WHO DOESNT COUNT:

    bruce lee

    chuck norris

    macgyver

    me...( what is it??)

    TO BE CONTINUED

  • Look I have been doing martial arts for over 10 years and i can tell you this likely will get your ass kicked. Instructors like to think up 'new' shit to sell you when the simple stuff (like stunitech suggests) will work fine. the more you give someone to think about in practice, the more useless junk runs through their head in a fight. theres no time to run trhough options. keep it simple.

  • Ok, do this against a boxer.

  • You couldn't, not in the ring. Because boxing isn't a martial art, it's a sport. Not saying a boxer couldn't knock the living shit out of a punk, but I am saying that this could work with anybody.

  • I agree this is stupid. Not only are you off ballance when you kick, but if your attacker is significantly heavier than you all you will achieve is to propel yourself backwards. A better techique would be to simply take a ballanced step back and get your guard up. Classic case of a martial arts instructor making stuff up and thinking its effective.

  • ageed

  • it will not work when your oppenent has longer arms

  • this is retarded, why would you risk falling back on your HEAD??? maybe these guys have done this move too many times to think tht this is a good self defense move

  • All depends on who your fighting and how skilled you are, if you are fighting some loser from the street i think it would be fine

  • This is ridiculous beyond belief.

for anybody thinking of actually trying this, moving your head straight back isn't going to help you dodge a straight, and it's going to take you way off balance so you'll fall on your ass when you do get hit.

This is takes mcdojo retardation to a whole new level.

  • ATTENTION: RedshiftLabs

The video (widescreen?) needs to be taken from further away OR zoomed out as it shows your upper torso actions clearly enough but not the footwork or even the 'bladder kick'.

  • This is akin to the Muay Thai front stop kick using the ball of the foot striking directly onto the target...it will KO the person backwards....thanks guys...

  • True but there are 2 problems with that. 1 - In muay thai you are figitng someone at an equiv weight. 2 - When a front kick is performed in this style it is done when leaning forward into the attacker with a guard up, not leaning back. Leaning back when someone is coming at you is the worst thing you can do, one nudge and your going on your arse.

  • If this is the "Quick" punch defense, why learn any other one?

  • yea ok

  • you don't need the bladder. You just need the centerline. I like how you pointed out how exactly to kick the bladder..then use enough force to do a knock back.

  • Bladder is belt level, thats (about) your center of gravity and will have the best knockdown effect. You could also go to the solar plexus or groin and follow the kick with a series of hand strikes or an armlock.

  • its easier if you just deflect his punching arm to the side, then u counter! and thats just a Pencak Silat technique!

  • or just kick the balls..kick em kick em kick em..:)

  • ah man as soon as he did the foot into the bladder i suddenly needed a piss

  • im guessing go for tha grapes if they are a foot taller

  • You may fall down but it will help... his friends.. because they´ll kick you to a pulp..

  • tea theyre little bitches if they do..

  • what if you lean back and they go for a takedown? just wondering

  • im the short guy in our circle, 5'10 and im rolling with guys who are at least 6'00 and got up to 6'5. Thats what saves me, im also a judoka with a bunch of strikers trying to overcome my inhibitions of gettin clocked in the jaw, so that being said, i often have to resort to doing an inside kick to the leg, with the shin slide to the foot step to get into clinching range, which is where the grappler wants to be...

  • well then im sticking my foot into his 6'10'' knee or onto his shin, and sliding down on his foot.

  • thats a basic front kick it will move them back a little then you should hop back on your foot still on the ground regain balance then attack back

  • prefer the spear search it (tony blauer) if your don't know about it!!!!!

  • SPEAR system is one of the best first contact sollutions I have seen yet.

  • nice one!! defintely smart fighting..

  • Nice work keep up the good work!
