It's like Tito's got one of those scramblers between his brain and his vocal chords.

You can tell over the course of the whole event, that he knew what he wanted to say, and I think he even had one or two decent thoughts along the way, but the poor guy just can't vocalize them for shit.

Between Tito, Ferrall, and Zito this might have been the worst production ever.
